The study chair must be designed as per the minimum requirements and design to give the superior comfort, aesthetic look, better strength,

Seat/Back: The seat shall be made up of 12 ± 1mm thick hot-pressed plywood and upholstered with fabric upholstery covers and moulded

Polyurethane foam. Specially designed seat/back cover to give a modern and aesthetic look. The seat and back shall be extra thick foam on front

edge to give comfort to popliteal area.

Permanent Contact Mechanism: The chair should have an option of a permanent contact mechanism, which allows the back to flex naturally as you

recline, for maximum comfort and relief.

Pronged Base: It should have 5 - pronged Nylon base / Chromium coated base for better stability of the Chair with Castor Universal Heavy Duty

Wheel for smooth movement of chair. Ergonomic Back: Ergonomically designed back-support to support back and avoid strain.

Arm Rest: The Arm rest is of PP cover fix on to the pipe frame. The mechanism shall be designed with fixed type.

Moulded Foam: The seat & back foam shall be designed with contoured lumbar support for extra comfort. The HR polyurethane foam shall be

moulded with density= 45±2 kg/m3 and hardness load 16 ± 2 kgf (as per IS:7888 for 25% compression), which not only gives a soft feeling on first

contact but also provides a firm support to ensure hours of comfortable sitting. Pneumatic height adjustment: At a press of a lever, should have

option to adjust the seat of chair to our required height, should have advanced pneumatic height adjustment facility. It also provides a cushioning

effect each time you sit, preventing sudden jerks to body.

Framing/Support Structure: Frame is cantilever type and made up of 19mm diameter CRCA ERW 2 mm thick pipe or as per the minimum

requirements and design. The powder coating of all frame/structure must be of 50 to 60 Micron thickness with properly processed through seven

tank pre-treatment process to avoid natural corrosion and depletion of surface.

STUDY TABLE : Providing, Supplying & placing Study table of Overall size 1200mm width 600mm Depth and 750mm Table top height.The study

table shall be provided with drawer, shutter, foot rest, modesty panel etc.

The table shall have one small drawer and a single shutter storage of 400mm width including side leg of the table and Vertical panel. The Storage

shall be fixed below drawer and shall be up to floor level. The Wooden foot rest shelf made up of 18mm thick pre laminated MDF Board of size 400

depth & full length (Foot rest top 100mm height from floor) with proper stiffener/support of wooden plank fixed below foot rest from the floor for

proper load bearing and connecting to Leg and vertical panel. Drawer shall be mounted on heavy duty telescopic ball bearing slide of 27mm width

(Minimum) and 450mm length (as per the minimum requirement) for smooth operation. The drawer Facia shall be of 150mm height and the

bottom storage shall be placed above 50mm from flooring with skirting on all sides. Complete table shall be made up of Pre laminated MDF board.

Table top shall be made up made in 25mm thick pre laminated MDF board (all outer edge must be of smooth edge for better safety purpose). The

main vertical outer side panel (leg) shall be made up of 18mm thick pre laminated MDF Board. The Storage Side vertical panel, Foot rest shelf shall

be made in 18mm Thick pre laminated MDF. The Shutter, Drawer Facia and shelves shall be made in 12mm Thick pre laminated MDF. The Storage

Back shall be made in 9mm thick MDF. The back modesty panel shall be made up of 12mm thick pre laminated MDF board with proper stiffener of

full height. The drawer/storage side vertical also support the table top for proper load bearing. All the MDF board used shall be with both side

decorative colour (as decided by the Engineer In-charge or as per the requirement). All the pre-lam board laminate thickness is 1mm.

The Shutter of the storage shall be fixed with the help of cup hinges. The Drawer & Shutter should be provided with recessed type aluminium/brass

handle (Full length) at top edge of the shutter/drawer to open the shutter/drawer. All the edges of table top, Drawer Facia, Shutter and Foot rest

shall be sealed with 2mm thick PVC Edge banding. The Longer Edges of Led and Vertical Panel shall be sealed with PVC edge band of 2mm thickness

and for shorter sides 0.8mm thick PVC edge-band shall be used. Rest all the panels shall have PVC edge band of 0.8mm thickness except Drawer

bottom and Storage Back. PVC edge band shall be pasted on through feed edge-banding machine with the help of hot melt glue (Dorus KS217 /

KLEBERIT 779.6 or equivalent make). Edge band shall be pasted in such a way that it shall pass gravity pull test for 7kg of load. The drawer should

have inbuilt locking arrangement All the MDF board shall be joined by proper machine made interlocking arrangement for better strength,

stability, durability. Complete unit to be supply in Knock Down construction and to be assembled at site. Standard knock down fittings shall be used

for assembly. The Leg shall be provided with heavy duty glide / plinth screw with height adjustable nylon leveller for levelling against uneven floor

surface and to avoid direct water contact. Material used shall be as per approved make list provided and shall be as per engineer in-charge.

Supplier must have to provide material test report confirming to IS standard mentioned and proof for approved or equivalent brands. Tolerance in

dimension will be ± 20 mm

OVERHEAD BOOK STORAGE: Providing, Supplying & placing Wall Mounted Open Book Shelf of overall size 1200mm Width, 350 mm Depth and 750

mm Height (Including task light cover) to be fixed 650mm above table top level.

The open book shelf shall have back panel of size 1200mmX750 mm made in 18mm thick Pre laminated MDF board with all the edges sealed with

2mm thick PVC edge-band. The overall Book shelf unit shall be divided in two parts having 4 equivalent compartment . The top & bottom MDF

Board corner edge must be smooth surface and also 50mm projection from the internal shelves. The side panel depth is 350mmm. Complete Book

shelf shall be made in 18mm thick Pre laminated MDF board confirming to IS:14587:1998. All the pre-lam board laminate thickness is 1mm. All

exposed edges shall be sealed with 2mm thick PVC Edge band and all non-exposed edges with PVC edge-band of 0.8mm thickness. PVC edge band

shall be pasted on through feed edge-banding machine with the help of hot melt glue (Dorus KS217 / KLEBERIT 779.6 or equivalent make). Edge

band shall be pasted in such a way that it shall pass gravity pull test for 7kg of load. Complete unit to be supply in Knock Down construction and to

be assembled at site. Standard knock down fittings shall be used for assembly.

The Book shelf unit shall be grouted on wall with the help of 8 No. anchor fasteners and there shall be provision of M.S. Bracket fixed below

(throughout) book shelf for additional support. The L shape support bracket shall be made in 2mm thick CRCA sheet with 50mm flange size and

duly powder coated., 50 to 60 micron with properly processed through seven tank pre-treatment process to avoid natural corrosion and depletion

of surface. The Support bracket shall be grouted on wall with the help of wall plug and anchor bolts. While fixing the book shelf the top edge of

book shelf shall match with the top edge of the bed back rack. Material used shall be as per approved make list provided and shall be as per

engineer in-charge. Supplier must have to provide material test report confirming to IS standard mentioned and proof for approved or equivalent

SINGLE BED WITH STORAGE

Providing, Supplying & Placing Single bed with box storage within openable from top side, overall size of the bed shall be 1980mm (Length) X

920mm (Width) X 920(H) (+- 20mm) with Top of bed/plank Height shall be at 395mm from floor level and Bottom plank shall be placed 75mm

above floor level. Complete outer structure shall be made in Pre-laminated MDF board confirming to IS:14587:1998. All the pre-lam board laminate

thickness is 1mm. Internal support structure shall be made in Square/Rectangle MS tube of size 25mmx40mm & 25mm X 25mm with wall thickness

of 18 SWG/1.2mm confirming to IS:7138:1973 respectively and duly powder coated as per IS:13871:1993 in a range of 50 to 60 microns with

3 properly processed through seven tank pre-treatment process to avoid natural corrosion and depletion of surface. Complete structure shall be

placed on MS Square leg (leg height may be varies as per the requirement) of cross section 50X50X40 mm with wall thickness of 1.6mm with

glide/plight screw/Nut Bolt and heavy duty leveller Made of 100% recyclable nylon M10 bolt insert for levelling of Table for height adjustable &

shall be fixed to MS structure with bottom holding support bracket made up of M.S. sheet of 1.6mm thickness with proper welding of Nut on both

side for proper load transfer & adjustment of Bolt. PVC edge band shall be pasted on through feed edge-banding machine with the help of hot melt

Edge band shall be pasted in such a way that it shall pass gravity pull test for 7kg of load. Complete unit to be supply in Knock Down construction

and to be assembled at site. All the MDF board shall be joined by proper machine made interlocking arrangement and also fixed with

Head board and Foot board shall be made up of 18mm Thick Pre-laminated MDF with both side decorative colour and all the exposed edges shall

be sealed with PVC edge band of 2mm thickness for top edge and 0.8mm thickness for side and bottom edge. Head board size 900X942mm and

Side Panel of appx. 350mm width and appropriate length to form overall length of the bed including headboard and tail board. Side panel shall be

made in 12mm thick pre-laminated MDF with both side decorative colour and all exposed edges shall be sealed with PVC edge band of 2mm

thickness for top edge and 0.8mm thickness for side and bottom edge. (Minimum dimension).Plank/Bed Top and Bottom: Top Plank and bottom

plank shall be made in 18mm thick Water Proof Ply confirming to IS:710 with all the exposed edges shall be sealed with 0.8mm thick PVC edge

band with necessary groove cut to fit inside the frame at top & bottom. The ply must have pull hinge type handle for smooth opening/operating.

MS Structure for Bed: Metal support structure shall be consisting of M.S. Rectangle & Square hollow pipe and shall be provided with cross

members holding brackets made in M.S. Sheet of minimum 1.2mm thickness. The longer side frame should be made up rectangle pipe of

25mmx50mm (Both left & right side) shall be welded assembly and three short vertical sections placed on equivalent distance from each other for

better stability. Both the left & right side frame shall be fixed to each other on site with the help of 10 No cross members made in M.S. Pipe. All

outer member are 25mmx50mm rectangle pipe & all inner members are 25mmx25mm square pipe to support Top plank and bottom plank. The

4 Cross members shall be fixed to side frame with the help of machine screw/nut/bolt with proper bracket (1.2mm thick) and complete metal cage

shall be supported with four MS Leg to be fixed at all the corners.The Metal structure shall be covered with wooden panels and only MS leg shall be

visible out of all metal components. Standard fasteners, Allen bolts, screws and hardware shall be used for assembly on site. Mattress tucking

space shall be of 5mm. Material used shall be as per approved make list provided and shall be as per engineer in-charge. Supplier must have to

provide material test report confirming to IS standard mentioned and proof for approved or equivalent brands.

Providing, Supplying & Placing BED side SHOE RACK of overall size 350mm Width X 350mm Depth and 1000mm Height.

The shoe rack shall be placed inside the room near to side panel of back rack. Shoe Rack shall consist of open shelf at top and shuttered

compartment at bottom. The shutter having inbuilt full height louver for ventilation provision within it. Skirting shall be of 40mm height and having

heavy duty adjustable plinth screw with nylon leveller to level the rack against uneven floor level. Materials & Support structure details: The

Complete rack (Top, Bottom & Side panels) shall be made in 18mm thick pre laminated MDF Board ( confirming to IS:14587:1998) and all the
