Cutting in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work and chiselling work etc. and disposal of excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts.

Excavation in foundation, trenches,etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work,blasting work, hard blasting and chiselling etc. stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtrs.clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm.layers when required into plinths sides of foundations etc.then disposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts.complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in drains and channels etc. in earth work for pipes upto all depth in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil i/c balling or pumping out water , blasting soft /hard rock or chiseling soft/ hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including jungle clearance wherever required, trimming and dressing of sides, levelling of beds to correct grade including shoring /struting, planking, timbering and dewatering wherever required stacking the useable /unusable material/soil seperately and after laying,jointing and testing of pipes ,returning the useable soil in treches in 15 cm layers including consolidating of such deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil/ unusable material as directed within all leads and lifts including restoration of un-metalled surfaces to its original condition and including cost of diversion for traffic, night signals, fixing caution boards,crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respect whithin all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement: 4sand: 8graded stone agg. 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work i/c all leads and lifts in foundation and plinth.

Providing. and laying cement concrete 1:6:12(1cement: 6sand: 12 graded stone agg.40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth.

Prov. and laying cement concrete work 1:1:2(1cement:1 and:2 graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement in reinforced concrete work i/c all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Suspended floors, roofs, landings,shelves and their supports balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto floor two level.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:2:4(1cement:2sand:4 graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all leads and lifts complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge:-

In foundation and plinth.

Walls (any thickness) but not less than 0.10 m thickness) attached pillasters, buttresses,plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting , strutting and propping etc. with wooden, battens, and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 3 mtrs.and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in complete in all respect i/c all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Foundations footings, basis of columns and the like and mass concrete.

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) ,partitions and the like including attached pillasters,buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors,roofs, landings, and the like:-i)Floors etc. upto 200mm in thickness.

Edges of slabs and breaks in Floor and walls :- Under 20cm wide.

Prov. and laying cement concrete 1:5:10(1cement:5sand:10 graded stone agg. 40mm nominal size)with 15% plum concrete and curing complete excluding cost of form work in retaining wall/breast wall, the size of plums shall usually be 150mm to 300mm.as per HPPWD specifications within all leads and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Mild steel/Tor steel reinforced for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level within all leads and lifts complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. a) Tor steel.

Prov. in RCC work smooth finishing of the exposed surfaces with cement mortar 1:3(1cement:3sand).

Supplying cast iron cover without frame for man hole (For frames of 500mm internal dia meters C.I.cover medium duty the weight of cover to be not less than 58 kg).complete in all respect.

Prov. 200mm wide cast iron rungs with chequered or ribbed non slip surface including fixing in manholes with 200mmx 200mmx 100mm cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement:3sand:6graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size).complete in all respect i/c all leads and lifts.

Laying and jointing in trenches,galvanised mild steel tubes (Light grade)i/c tube fittings such as Tee, elbow, union & nipple.(earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately)i/c all leads and lifts complete in all respect .Labour rate only.
