Supplying and laying of ready mix for M 25 grade of concrete having charaterstic strength not less than specified in the IS 456 - 2000 using Ordinary portland cement with minimum cement content of 300 Kg / cum confirming to IS 8112. Coarse aggregates having a specific gravity of 2.60 using 20 mm down graded hard blue granite broken stone jelly and fine aggregate without flyash as per IS 383 - 1970 ( 2007 ) with suitable water cement ratio not less than 0.45 and not exceeding 0.50 of water quality confirming to IS 456 - 2000 including use of plasticizer of approved make & dosage of required grade at all locations and levels with specified high workability as per IS 1199 - 1959 ( 2004 ). The initial & final setting time confirming IS 12269 - 1987 ( 2004 ) with maximum temperature of concrete at the time of placing should not exceed 32 0 C. Fabricating, supplying and erection of Screw Gearing Steel Shutters of Size above 2.50 m x 1.50 m width consist of Skin plate made out of 8 mm thick Mild Steel plate and horizontally stiffened with 150 x7 5 mm RSJ at an interval not more than 0.50 m and vertical stiffeners made out of 100 x 50 mm MS channel at an interval not more than 0.60m and provided with 10 mm thick Mild Steel gusset plate of required size on both sides fastened with rust free bolts and nuts etc. Conveying the fabricated shutter by using lorries including loading, unloading and leading the shutter to the vent. Erecting the new shutter and the shuttering arrangements in the vent in proper position by using necessary hoisting equipments. The shutter shall be painted with two coats of Anticorrosive black paint over one coat of Red oxide primer. Conveying and leading the top beam arrangements to the worksite. Fixing the top beam arrangements at the top of the vent to correct position. The top beam should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. Providing chequered plate in the operating plateform for a vertical lift geared shutter of size 1800 x1650 mm 3no with a plateform of size 6000 x2500 mm. The new chequered plate of 6 mm thickness of M.S.plate shall be checked for flatness and lifted to the overhead platform and marked and cut to exact size. Then the plate shall be laid in the panel welded to the suitable stiffeners below. Suitable holes shall be provided at appropriate places for drainage of rain water.
