Dismantling and taking down of existng 2 x 8.75 TR and 1 x 7.5 TR AC Indoor & out door unis including connecting cable, cooling tower, cooling pumps, ducting complete, starter panel, foundations GI pipe etc removing materials deposited to MES store yard with any damage for keeping in safe custody and making good distrubed surfaces of wall, floors, etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, design, install, commissioning and testing of Running Air Cooled Packaged Air Conditioners units complete, comprising of Hermetically / Semi - Hermetically, sealed Reciprocating or Hermetically sealed Scroll (MULTI SCROLL) Compressors with microprocessor based control fitted inside the indoor unit & first charge of refrigerant & oil, air cooled condenser, fan section with statically / dynamically, balanced centrifugal blower driver by a TEFC squirrel cage three speed motor, multi rows, cooling coil of copper piping and refrigerant as required quantity including leakage testing, electrical interconnection between indoor and outdoor units suitable for operation on R-410a refrigerants and of nominal capacity 8.75 TR. The casing shall be factory made powder coated, Electrical panel board for backing units shall comprise of SFU's Fuses with suitable size, Voltage scanner, complete with overload, low voltage, high voltage & phase imbalance protection alongwith VI pads complete with all ancillary including MS painted stand for outdoor units of suitable size foundation (RCC Cubes with double vibrator pad and GI strip) and allied minor civil works as per instructions of Engr-in-Charge, complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (a) Duct from plant room to OT room paid separately under relavant item (b) Duct design carried out by OEM shall be submitted by contractor & approved by Rep of accepting officer

All as per Item No. 2.00 above but STAND BY Air Conditioners units complete, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and installation of Aluminium duct of 24G along with 13 mm thickness aluminium foil face Nitril rubber insulation of class "O" type materilas including the paper supporting, adeshive, joint taping with all respect along with aluminium powder coated grill with O deg angle for supply & return Air distribution inside the OT room through the all corner return riger system, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of Air supplied through terminal HEPA filters in the ceilig, centre of OT, the minimumm size of the filtration area should be 8' x 6' to cover the entire OT table and surgical team. The minimummsupply air volume to the OT (in CFM) should be compliant with the desired minimumm air change. The return air should be picked up / taken out from the exhaust grill located at suitable location and provided including diffuser grill etc., complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE : HEPA filters of efficiency 99.97% down to 0.3 microns or higher efficiency are to be provided in the OT and not in the AHU.)

S&F cotton canvas cloth suitable for connection for inbetween Air Coditioning machine & ducting connection, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of aluminium powder coated return air grill without collar damper, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of GI Duct damper, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F strip heater of 4 Kw with thermostate auto cut off system, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying / fixing / connecting, testing and commissioning of LT under ground cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured of size 70 sq mm 3.5 core electric cable (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminium conductor,1100 Volts grade in trenches/on wall/poles laid in ducts/inside protection pipe of the following cross sectional area including cable glands,lugs and suitable size of MS saddle clips (where ever cable laid in ceilings / walls without cable duct) incl removing of old one, complete all as specified and directed. (For panel incoming)

Supply, laying / fixing / connecting, testing and commissioning of Cable of size 16 Sqmm 4 core with copper conductor PVC insulated round sheathed (flexible) industrial cable, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of flexible Copper Control cabling between indoor and outdoor unit of size 4C X 10 Sqmm Flexible Control cable from Panel to IDU & ODU, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size for placement of OT Outdoor unit supply duct etc as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate type B2, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6.0mm thick, burried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm all around the plate, using GI strip 32 x 6 mm as earth strip electrode bolted or rivetted to earth plate at one end and connected to equipments at another end, GI earth strip encased in and including 40 mm dia GI 'light grade' pipe from upper end of earth plate upto equipments,20 dia bore GI pipe 'light grade' as water pipe from earth chamber to upper edge of earth plate, Test point , GI funnel with wire mesh fixed on water pipe and PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in pit chamber and RCC pit cover 50mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1, duly reinforced with MS round bars 6mm dia @ 100 c/c both ways with 10mm dia MS round bar as in lifting handles, excavation, earth work including laying the GI pipe concealed in floor/wall all as described in electric plate No. 3 of SSR Part I complete all as specified and directed and testing on completion.

Dismantling and taking down of existing indoor LT control panel incl disconnecting of cable, foundations, clamp etc complete, removing materials without any damage for keeping in safe custody & transported to MES store yard and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, connect, test and commissioning in repair indoor type floor mounting panel factory made CPRI approved with suitable size to accommodate the following accessories and fabricated out of CRCA sheet of 2mm thick including single door system lockable / openable by bolts from front side, louvers & air vent gasket for natural flow of air. ‘U’ type gasket shall be used where reqd. completely, one side & bottom portion cable alley system, front openable, weather, dust and vermin proof and applying two coat of epoxy powder coated sprey paint over a coat of red oxide primer and necessary foundation work, eletric connection etc. The panel should be suitable for 415 volts, 50Hz, 3 phase 4 wire system. Provn for cable glands and PCC foundation with solid Copper bus bar (not less then 250 Amps) electrolytic grade having earthing strip at(left & right) both sides of panel & panel mounted on separate 50 x 50 x 6 mm MS angle iron frame (for fixing of panel) and applying two coat of epoxy powder coated spray paint over a coat of red oxide primer, panel frame grouting in PCC, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- PCC shall be paid separately under relavant item

Taking down carefully copper / aluminium conductor point wiring (light,fan,socket or power) complete including fittings such as switches,ceiling roses, pendants, regulators ,sockets etc. and removing (except those to be reused shall be kept in safe custody at the site ) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc.to match with the existing, complete all as specified and directed.
