Supply, fabricating, installation, testing , commissioning and electrically connecting in repair LT panel Board CPRI approved of size 120cm x 120cm x 50 cm , 415 volts ,factory made , machine pressed , dust and vermin proof , out door type made with CRCA sheet 3.15 mm thick , LT Panel internally and externally shall be painted with expoxy powder coating paint & two coats primer, before being given the stove epoxy finish. , both side opening in two halves with rubber beading , including AL bus bar of 1000 Amp capacity , 4 strip mounted on porcelain insulator , bus bar chamber and shall be provided with inspection covers , Each MCCB / Cubical switch shall have the indipendent opening panel and shall be mounted on angle iron frame and legs made from angle iron of size 40mm x 40mm x 5mm frame including lifting arrangement and legs duly spray painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer , embeding and grouting in PCC (1:2:4) type B:1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundation including necessay earth work complete , including all connections to MCCBs incoming/outgoing with suitable size of AL bus bar comprising of following accessories including testing complete all as directed. (a) MCCB 4 pole 415 volts 630 Amp rating with breaking capacity 50 KA, adjustable thermal 70-100%-and fixed magnetic setting lcs = 100% lcu- 01 No. (incoming) (b) MCCB 4 pole 415 volts 200 Amp rating with breaking capacity 36 KA, adjustable thermal 70-100%-and fixed magnetic setting lcs = 100% lcu = 02 Nos. (outgoing). (c) MCCB 4 pole 415 volts 160 Amp rating with breaking capacity 36 KA, adjustable thermal 70-100%-and fixed magnetic setting lcs = 100% lcu = 04 Nos (outgoing). Supply , Fixing , installation, commissioning and testing in repair LT junction box cubical type of size 60cm x 40cm x 30 cm, 415 volts for outdoor use made of CRCA sheet 3.15 mm thick powder coated ,machine pressed front opening with single door with MCCB 100Amps 4Pole 25 kA provision of rubber beading and locking system including aluminium bus bar 4 strip of size 30 mm wide and 6 mm thick with provision of hole on bus bar for fixing of cable mounted on PVC / epoxy insulators, mounted on angle legs of size 25mm x 25mm x 5mm frame and legs duly spray painted internally and externally with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer ,legs grouted in PCC(1:2:4) Type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) including all provision of opening for incomming/outgoing cables and testing complete all as directed. Note for serial item No. 01 to 03: The make of CRCA sheet shall be of TATA / SAIL/ RINL/ JINDAL. Purchase Vr to be produced at the time of payment.

Material & Labour for disconnecting the LT cable connections from panel MCCBs/MCBs and removing the carbon from the contacts by cleaning through CTC SOLUTION , if the cable insulation is deterioated Excavate the loop of the cable and make new connection with suitable size of lugs including replacment of the unserviceable or defective parts i.e rusted nuts, bolts,old damged/ corroded door hinges /door lock/bus bar, front or back door etc (doors hinges, door lock shall be weld properly) and reassemble the panel with all the connection properly tight and checked.Control wiring and CT PT connection of the panel shall be proper to be made serviceable to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge. Foundation of the panel shall be repaired with existing specifications if deteriorated and coloured with base frame properly mounted complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

S & F in repair indicator lamp in differenet colour code LED / Neon type (as per sample) complete (RYB) including wiring with copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as directed.

Material and Labour for Preparation of the old painted surfaces of feeder piller box / panel of any size any description and in any position including removal of faded & deteriorated paint either by hand scrubbing or by blow lamps , applying necessary filler coat and scrapping as required and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (grey in colour) with using spray machine over a coat of redoxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for repairing the LT panel board body by replacing with new CRCA sheet of existing gauge size and shape for door / body of Pane/feeder pillar box, with hinjes and door lock should be well welded complete all as specified and as directed.

Opening /disconnecting the electrical connection of defective/burnt out underground LT cable of any size 2 to 4 core from main switch/DB/junction box / LT panel/ L T O/H line etc. Taking out the required length of cable from existing loop, cutting the defective portion of cable ,providing required thimbles/connectors at cable end and reconnecting the cable in previous location with existing main switch/DB/Junction box/LT panel/O/H line complete all as directed. Note:- (I) the cost of required excavation, returning filling, relaying sand cushioning /brick protection and cost of drawing the required length from protection pipe, breaking of required brick work/plaster/concrete and redoing the same with required cement work to match the existing surface is deemed to be included in the quoted rate of thi item and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (ii) Additional cable/ protection pipe required at site shall be measured and paid seperatly.

Surface cleaning/site clearance n exc 15 cm in depth in Sub stations area, trenches,sub station rooms, two pole/ four pole structure surroundings to make a over all presentable condition all as directed by Eng In charge.
