Refilling with excavated earth other than sand with an initial head load of 100 mts. and depositing the earth as shown by the departmental officers in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed with surface vibrator, watered and consolidated etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
Installation of Vertical Bored cast in situ RCC piles of following diameter in all types of soils, using Standardised Concrete Mix of following grade, with sulphate resistant Cement or OPC/PPC, etc and Crushed Stone Sand and 20mm and down graded HBGS jelly coarse aggregate. The rate includes cost for placing of reinforcement cage in bore hole in correct position, cost of boring to the required depth with Bentonite solution with temprory casing of required length, conveyance of RMC to site and pouring concrete using Tremine pipes, conveyance of all materials to the site including all tools and plants, shifting the plants and equipments from one point to another, excavtion of mud pits for circulation of Bentonite soultion, closing the mud pits to original level and mud removal with initial lead and lift but including dismantling the concrete above the cut off level etc complete as directed by the departmental officers including socketing. The reinforcement cage should be welded properly for lifting. The concrete cubes to be tested as per IS 456- 2000. Acceptance criteria by clause 16.1. Frequency of testing as per 15.2.2. Testing to be conducted at both the ends at site as well as RMC plant. Pile driving depth should be decided by the departmental officers at site. The length of pile for payment shall be measured from top of shoe to the bottom of the pile cap.( Cost of Reinforcement provided for Pile and Welding charges shall be measured and Paid separately )

Supplying and erecting centering for plane surfaces such as RCC Floor Slab, Roof Slab, Loft, Landing Slabs, etc with necessary supports and strutting upto 3.60m height in all floors with all cross bracings using MS Sheets made of 10 gauge thick welded with MS angle of Size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over steel adjustable span of size 2m x 2m (expandable upto 3.60m) and supported by Steel Adjustable Telescopic Props of Size 2m x 2m (expandable upto 3.60m) made with outer steel pipe with dia 50mm (3.60mm thick) and inner steel pipe with dia 40mm (2.90mm thick) , etc complete complying with standard specifications. Steel adjustable span and Steel Adjustable telescopic props shall be provided as directed by the departmental Officers. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid).
Providing and laying impermeable heavy duty HDPE sheet of 600 micron thick, minimum 300 N puncture resistance, minimum 100 N Tear resistance, below floor sub layer for waterbody/Lake lining with minimum overlapping of 150mm as per drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. at the edge of the water body/lake, necessary counter weight and anchoring to be done for stabilized laying of the HDPE sheet without any extra cost.
Underground structures waterproofing with HDPE membrane - Providing and laying water proofing treatment to the Rafts, Below grade slab, Lift pits, water retaining structures with fully bonded 1.5 mm thick HDPE waterproofing pressure sensitive adhesive membrane over PCC before laying raft concrete having higher puncture resistance of 1000N as per ASTM E 154, confirming to BS 8102 & IS 16471:2017, requirements of UG waterproofing structures. Laying adjacent sheets by keeping overlap of 75mm, end overlaps to be treated using double sided tape. The membrane shall have Tensile strength >25 Mpa as per ASTM D 412, Elongation > 500% as per ASTM D 412, Hydrostatic head resistance >70m head of water as per ASTM D 5385, Low Temperature Flexibility: -25 deg C, Peel Adhesion to Concrete >880 N/m as per ASTM D 903 Modified, UV Exposure > 45 Days. The finished cost including surface preparation completely as per specification
Newly Constructed Roof/Podium with 1K PU Waterproof coating upto 2000 Sq.m - Providing and Applying single component Polyurethane based cold applied seamless waterproofing coating to the RCC surface like Roof & Podium area applied @ 2.4kg/m2 in 3 coats to achieve 1.5mm DFT, including a prime coat of solvent free, medium viscous, epoxy primer @0.2L/m2 and protection with 120gsm Geo- textile over the 7 days cured waterproofing membrane. The Waterproofing material shall have Solids > 85%, Tensile strength >2 Mpa as per ASTM D 412, Elongation at break >400% confirms to ASTM C 1305 for crack bridging ability (no cracks up to 3.2mm) Shore A Hardness >55 as per ASTM D 2240, Adhesion to peel after water immersion as per ASTM C 794 at 5.2N. Resistance to root penetration as per UNE CN/ TS 14416. The finished cost to include surface preparation, making coving of 50 mm X 50mm at all right angles of wall Junction with Polymer Repair Mortar and lay 60gsm Geo-textile over the angle fillet when the first coat in still wet, treatment of cracks and laying 120GSM Geo-textile as seperation/protective layer over the fully cured PU coating completely as per specification.
Plastering the surface of walls with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One cement and Three plastering sand), 12mm thick in all floors including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
Stain-repellent transparent coating - for natural stone, exposed concrete work, exposed brickwork Providing and applying water-based, low VOC, breathable and biodegradable, water, oil, and stain-repellent transparent fluorocarbon-based coating with anti-graffiti properties (suitable product according to natural stone, exposed concrete work, exposed brickwork, mangalore tile or similar finish ) of an approved make, having fluoro carbon-based nanotechnology at all heights & leads and wherever instructed by the Engineer-In-Charge. The treatment shall be in two coats wet-on-wet, or as recommended by the approved manufacturer, including preparation of surfaces by cleaning, curing, protecting, independent double-legged scaffolding, etc., complete. The rate shall include the cost of all materials, their application by specialized applicators, by spray coating with an airless sprayer, cleaning the substrate of all laitance, construction dust, contaminants, double scaffolding, labour, etc., all complete and at all levels, leads and heights as per the specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The stain repellent paint shall have a minimum 5 years warranty. The look and feel of the natural stone surface, exposed brickwork, mangalore tile or similar finish and exposed concrete shall not be affected by the coating. The single time applied area of paint shall be measured for payment without considering any wastage.
Supplying, fixing and roofing with colour galvalume sheet of 0.47mm thick with all necessary accessories such as J/V bolt and nuts of suitable length with suitable bitumen washers complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
Structural steel work - Fabrication works - with paint Providing, fabricating, assembling, hoisting, erecting and fixing in position structural steel work at all heights/ all levels/ any shapes & sizes with all leads & lifts using any type of MS section like rolled steel sections, hollow sections, plates, chequered plates, bar, sheet, rod, threaded bolt, railing etc. all confirming to latest relevant IS codes for the metal elements i.e. window grill, transom bar, bright bar in wooden door - window frame, railings, gates, grills, bracings, bollard, delinator, foundation plate & bolt, support at truss system, truss, purlin, rafter ,cleat, platforms, brackets, fencing pole, signage pole, service elements, Jali, clamp, logo etc. including straightening, cutting, bending, embosing, bolting and welding, eatching (if required) the members all as per structural drawings and as per detailed specifications (for materials & workmanship) including profile cutting, smooth grinding, machining of edges/ faces, necessary welding (electric arc welding) for required weld lengths and sizes, machine drilling of holes for joining/ anchoring/bolting, necessary arrangements of templates to keep the foundation bolts in position dry sanding, degreasing (wet cleaning) & preparation of rust-free surface manually or mechanically, metal putty to make the surface even and smooth, necessary scaffolding/ staging, anchor fasteners,extra for bending elements for fixing etc complete. In case of TMT bars/MS bars of any dia is required to fixed with MS fabricated structure by any means for astheticall purpose to match the design intent, it shall be included in this item & its weight shall be considered for payment purpose without considering any wastage.
Solid Granite work - Kerb/Bollard /Bench/Light pole etc similar work Providing and fixing in position machine cut solid stone work made out of best quality granite stone in various type of stone elements (factory made if instructed by the Engineer in charge) i.e. kerbs, copings, solid steps, solid seating, bench, light fixtures, light pole, light bollard, any type of pole, solid bollards, gate column, dustbin base, SFP base, water spout, water spout cover, stone envelope for water fountain, Dustbin, stone envelope for any element or other similar elements in required size, shape, finish, texture and thickness as per design intent/drawing. The exposed surface of stone shall be with desired finish as per drawing. Stone shall be with chamfered, rounded, moulded at edge surface as per drawing (if required). Carving work shall be done for motif/ carving up to 50mm depth on any type of natural stone surface in any type of stone elements by manual or with CNC/ water jet machine / by any means as per drawing/ design. Any type of stone elements shall be laid over a minimum 15mm to 20mm thick base Cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 sand) (as per requirement) and fixed with stone dowels, SS 316 anchor fastener, cramps and pins, any type of proprietary mechanical fixing system as approved, stone fixing adhesive/ epoxy of approved make as per requirement including pointing with resin based cementitious grout of matching shade/ cement mortar 1:2 (1 white/grey cement : 2 stone dust of same stone) with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade. Contractor shall make provision for fixing metal chain in bollard between two bollard as per design intent. Stability of the stone elements shall be responsibility of the contractor. No mortar is to be visible on the surface of surrounding flooring/elements/stone works. Sample and mock-up shall be approved before execution.
Providing and fixing for covering top of membrane with Geotextile, minimum120 gsm non woven, 100% polyester of thickness 1 to 1.25 mm bonded to the membrane with intermittent touch by heating the membrane by Butane Torch as per manufactures recommendation.The polyester fibers should be needled punched, thermally bonded to form a network that retains dimensional stability relative to each other. Rate shall be includes the cost of all material,cutting, fixing with necessary equipment, wastage, labor etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. The installed quantity of Geotextile shall be measured for payment.
Providing and laying brick Lining work (Sinngle layer of brick laid on face) for lake using using common burnt clay bricks confirming to IS 1077-1992 having Compressive strength not less than 35 kg/Sq.cm (dry laying or fixed with mud mortar if required as per design intent) on any type of surface in any shape (linear or curvilinear in plan and elevation both as per requirement), any pattern as per drawing for all level/ height in line, level, gradient including curing, racking of jointing, pointing, finishing etc. complete, as per drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. No mortar is to be visible on the surface. In case of dry laying, stability of the lake rick lining shall be assured by the contractor and necessary bond in brick shall be made without any extra cost.
IPE Wooden deck flooring Providing and fixing in position solid IPE hardwood outdoor plank flooring (high resistant to moisture, termites, and weather, High durability and strength and Class A fire rating & approx density of wood shall be 1050 Kg/m^3) in approved colour, texture and finish with plank thickness of not less than 14mm, and size as per design intent. The flooring plank shall be fixed with/without gaps on any kind of surface as per required methodology as per manufacturers specifications and it shall be executed in all respects as per the manufacturer's specifications and design intent for all floors, all level, all height as directed by the engineer in charge. The rate shall be inclusive of making any cut-out for services, matching floor cover over cut outs etc., complete.The Contractor shall get approval of a sample and pattern and prepare the sample, get approved by the Engineer in charge before execution of work. The architect and the Engineer in charge reserve the right to reject part or all work of substandard or not in confirmation to the approved sample as per mock-up. The total execution method shall be as per the manufacturer's specification and approved by the Architect and Engineer in charge. The area of laid IPE wood flooring system shall be measured for payment without considering any wastage and no seprate payment to be made for any kind of accessories. Rate shall be inclusive of wood plank, all profile, decking clip, screws, fastners, Hardware-Acessories, installation for all level all height with require equipments etc complete as per direction of Engineer in-charge. MS frame work shall be paid in relavant items. Warranty/ guaranty regarding color, stability and strength of flooring system for minimum 2 years time period shall be responsibility of contractor
