Annual repair and maintenance work of Ash Dyke phase III at ATPS chachai

Item Rate:- Providing labour services for routine cleaning of channels/ toe drain, removal of unwanted vegetation, cleaning of roads and other similar works assigned time to time as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (4 labour (unskilled) perday for one year i.e. 365 days) (One Month work is eaqual to one job)

Item Rate:- Watch and ward of new ash pond of ash dyke phase-III including general up keeping of site office, store assistance as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (2 labour (unskilled) perday for one year i.e. 365 days) (Three Shfit)

Item Rate:- Providing pollution control works by engaging labour, T&P such as pickaxe, spade etc. within ash disposal area of ash dyke such as cleaning of holes making arrangement for closing of opening of decatation well, making channels for regular and even deposition of ash slurry inside ash pond etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (4 labour (unskilled) perday for one year i.e. 365 days)

Item Rate:- Supply of cement bags (HDPE) and placing in possition duly filled with ash from ash pond area including stitching with sulti including cost of all materials, T&P, labour etc. and all lead, lift complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Item Rate:- Excavation in dry/wet silt or ash in channel downstream to discharge and disposal point including diversion of ash water, dewatering and disposal of excavated materials in nearby low lying area for all lead and lift within 200m and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Item Rate:- Earth work in excavation from the specified borrow area for repairing rain cuts and bund overlapping area near disposal point of 210MW ash slurry pipe line i/c cleaning of jungle stripping of borrow area, loading, unloading, transportation & laying in specified layers on bund, not exceeding 300mm thick for cutting and dressing rain cuts in steps with all lead and lifts breaking clods/lumps i/c compaction with non powered roller/hand ramming, trimming of slopes to the theoretical profile and all other incidental charges such as watering cost of labour, equipments materials etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Item Rate:- Providing and placing in position cement concrete1:1:2 with 20 mm down graded metal i/c cost of material form work,labour all leads and lift,transportation compaction,curing finishing etc complete i/c dismantaling of damged concrete portion of the components i.e. decantation well,dissipation steps,spillway and pedestals as per specification and direction of engineer in charge.

Item Rate:- Excavation in all type of soil / loose / hard / dense soil, moorum & moorum mixed with bolders and mud i/c dreasing plecing the excavated soil neatly in specified dump area or desposing off the same on the top off bund as directed by Engineer-in-charge i/c cost of site clearance, all materials, machinery, labour and dressing etc. complet.

Item Rate:- Replacement of dameged fly ash brick pitching over 25mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 at inner surface of ash dyke for protection of slopes with fly ash bricks of nominal size 230mm x 110mm x 75mm in the chequered arrangment as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Item Rate:- Supply of mineral aggragate like broken stone/crushed stone at road site including all lead and stacking etc complete (i)45mm standard size crushed stone

(ii)11.2mm standard size crushed stone

Item Rate:- Supply of following material including all lead and stacking etc complete (i)crusher stone dust

(ii)Moorum with CBR not less than 20 and PI not exceeding 6
