The work should be executed strictly as per the tender specification mentioned. Contractor should arrange for quality check at different stage of work for quality assurance as per direction of Engineer-in-charge during the work in progress and after completion. If any failures found the cost will be recovered from the contractor and will be recomminded for black listing immediately.

This work should be Inspected by the 3rd party Agency.

Any damage during the progress of work, the damage cost should be beared by the Contractor.

The tenderer should submit proposed methodology and program of construction, backed with equipment and materials duly supported with broad calculations and quality management, plan, proposed to be adopted, justifying of execution and completion of the work as per technical specifications within the stipulated period of completion.

Contractors should follow strictly prevailing rules of labour act.

In the case of the death of the contractor after executing the agreement/ commencement of the work, his legal heir, if is an eligible registered contractor and is willing can execute and complete the work at the accepted tender rates irrespective of the cost of the work.

Successful bidder submitting bids below the amount put to tender will be regularized to submit the difference amount in the form of FDR/TDR/DD/Pledge on the name of EE PRED Yadigr within 20 days from the date of receiving the letter of acceptance. Failing which EMD will be forfeited and further action will be taken as per G O No FD PCL 2008 Bangalore Dated 14/10/2008. Clause 25. Work shall be executed as per Tender document and KTPP Act.

The work should be carried out in accordance with the standard specifications specified by the department. Maintenance period from the contractor for the above works is one year from the date of completion of work.

The bidder shall quote rates without adding GST for either materials or works contract or service GST payable by the bidder under this works contract will be paid to the contratctor over and above the bidders bid amount. and the increase in the GST shall not be paid in the extended period of contract for which the bidder alone is responsible for delay as determined by the authority.

Condition 10 Contractors should have to upload the scanned copy of all necessary qualification documents, and submit the original documents certificates after opening the tender for evalution and verification.

Condition 13 Within 20 days of receipt of Letter of Acceptance, the successful Tenderer shall deliver to the employer a Security Deposit in the form of NSC/DD/ FDR in favor of the Executive Engineer, P.R.E. Division, ___________, for an amount equivalent to 5 percent of the Contract price plus additional security for unbalanced tenders in accordance with the conditions of contract.

Condition 14 Successful Bidder shall pay Contract Management Module processing fees of 0.025 percent of the contact value (Min Rs.500/- and Max Rs.7500/-) when bills are raised using Contract Management Module.

Condition 15 Self declaration of machineries are not accepted.

Condition 16 Third party inspection is mandatory for all the works in this programme.

Condition 17 The Employer reserves the right to reject any or all tenders without assigning reason.

Condition 18 Tenderer must submit his present accurate postal address and phone / cell phone number.

Condition 19 For interpretations of clauses, conditions, spelling mistakes, etc., decision of Executive Engineer is final.

Condition 20 The Furnished E.M.D. will be released only after successful execution of the Tender Agreement by the successful Tenderer or bid validity days from the date of submission of Tender whichever is earlier.

Condition 21 The successful tenderer shall maintain the work during the defect liability period of 1 year from the date of completion of the work.

Condition 22 The Tenderer at his own responsibility and risk is encouraged to visit and examine the Site of Works and its surroundings and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the Tender and entering into a contract for construction of the Works. The cost of visiting the Site shall be at the Tenderer’s own expense.

Condition 23 All other conditions and requirements has to be fulfilled as per the KW Standard Bid Document.

Condition 24 It is to be noted that any false documentation found to be uploaded, action may attract punitive measures such as Blacklisting, Cancellation of Registration etc.

Condition 25 The GST will be paid separately to the Contractors as per the Guidelines of the Government.

Condition 26 The work shall be inspected by the Third Party and the bill shall be admitted only after the satisfactory quality reports from the Third Party.

Condition 27 All safety precautions, warnings, signs, deployment of security guards have to be ensured so that no untoward incident happens on account of negligence or any project activity.

Condition 28 All materials required for the work, shall be procured by the tenderer himself and should be got tested by the Department quality control authorities at his own cost before use for the work. If employer wishes to engage third party inspecting agency for the said work, apart from the quality control authorities, then the contractor should cooperate with the third party for test

Condition 29 In the case of death of the contractor after executing the agreement/ commencement of the work, his legal heir, if is an eligible registered contractor and is willing, can execute and complete the work at the accepted tender rates in the same terms and conditions of the contractor of the work

Condition 30 Corrigendum/Modifications/Corrections if any will be published in the KPPP website only.

Condition 31 The work should be executed as per the KTPP Act.

Condition 32 The work should be completed within the stipulated time period from the date of issue of work order including Rainy Season.

Condition 33 If the bidder uploaded the false document while participating in the tender, the bidder will be responsible and action will be initiated as per the tender clause.

Condition 34 Financial turnover of previous years shall be given a weight of 10per per year to bring them to the price level of the 2024-25 in the Technical Qualification Criteria mentioned in the next section

Condition 35 Financial Year will be reckoned as the period between first day of April and Thirty first day of March of succeeding year (both days inclusive).

Condition 41 To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in his name should have in the last five years i.e 2020-21 to 2024-25 b.
