Providing & fixing of portable engine,side valve, four strock, air cooled, horigental shaft, single cylinder, fuel as a patrol, 2.6 kw @3600 rpm, flywheel magneto ignition, pto shaft, transistor type magneto ignition, rope started, with stand.

Providing & fixing of high pressure pump having three cylinder, horigently placed, giving out put 25-40 kg/cm2, 15-25 liquid/ minutes at 1000 rpm. P&f of above set on the top of tank by proper fixing and setting of frame through electric welding. P&f of high pressure PVC pipe having size of half inches in dia and 100 mtrs long with fitting of spray lance.

P&f of operator seat on the top of power spray tank to hold and control of monitor assy and sanitizer engine assy.

P&f of supporting & holding the grill (for operator) over the three side of tank made out by M S pipe of 1” dia as per required having three step in 1.5 feet height.

P&f of monitor assy with nozzle at the top of power sprayer tank by making of proper stand through electric welding with attachment by connecting the same with delivery valve end of pump through 3” dia PVC pipe &clampattached with engine having 5 HP ,3600 RPM single cylinder, inline, vertical, diesel engine (already fitted on the back side of vehicle or the rear canopy).

P&f of suction pipe with suction plate and strainer having 3 meter long from pump to bottom of the tank. To overflow the sanitizer solution a pipe having 2 meter long shall be provide from pump to tank. Engine make :- Honda

Spark plug coil shall be check and found two nos of coil has been worn out. They shall be replacing with new one. Opening of tappet cover and adjusting of tappet with setting of timing of engine. Complete setting of fuel supply After testing the all required job work refitted spark plug with coil in the vehicle with carried out the proper functioning by the help of software on idle and full load condition.
