Supply and installation of OUT DOOR Type (IP 55) Servo voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, three phase, of capacity 1000 KVA , 50 Hz Automatic controlling/Regulating of voltage comprising Auto Transformer, Buck & Boost Transformer, copper wound with new filter and Dehydrated Transformer oil (As per IS : 335), servo motor, Auto controlled solid state control cuircut, naturally oil cooled, outdoor type and designed for three phase input voltage range between 340 Volts to 480 Volts and output voltage stabilized at 415 Volts + 1% with accuracy + 2.5% and speed of correction 8 volts per second including other fittings and accessories as Voltmeter,Ammeter to read input/output data per phase, mains/low/high limit indicators, manual increase/decrease push switch, auto/manual mode control switch and output adjustment etc including :-

(a) Electronic control circuit. (b) Low voltage cutoff. (c ) High voltage cutoff. (d) Single phase preventor. (e) Time delay. (f) Toggle switch provided to by pass. (g) Servo by pass switch with 4 pole on load change over of 1600A capacity (h) Over load and short circuit Trip facility with ACB 4 pole 1600A , 65KA along with microprocessor based protection system (j) No voltage cutoff (k) Outdoor Canopy of entire size of the stablizer made up of 3.15mm thick MS Sheet powder coated to be fixed as an additional fitting.

NOTE:- (a)The windings , interconnection terminals, and all BUS BARS and necessary current carrying acessories all should be of Copper only (b)The construction of platform for installation of servo voltage stablizer 1000 KVA as per recommendation of OEM including excavation and earth work at site are deemed to be included in the quoted rates complete.

Supply, Laying, connecting, testing and commissioning of LT cable of PVC sheathed XLPE armoured aluminium conductor 1100 V graded 1000 sqmm single core complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth in soft/loose soil for laying of cables or GI pipe and getting out and levelling of bottom surfaces of required level all as specified and directed by Engg-In-Charge.

Returning, filling incl spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm for cable laying.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 M above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for river washed and screened, dry sand for filling in trenches below and around underground cables for cushioning of cables etc, complete all as specified. Note : Measurement shall be taken after punning down.

S&Laying sub class B bricks locally available having minimum compressive strenth 75 Kg/sqcm laid in trenches for cable protection etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:-Out of total quantity of 11776 Bricks,Only 10816 Bricks will taken in Sch Of Credit as 960 Bricks will be in provisional work Of Job No INDIA/18/2021-22/NEW OTM and 10816 Bricks will be in Special Repair Work of Job No DIPAC/1042/10/Works

Boring of hole under road/pavement/hard standing or any other situation by mannual means and suitable for passing of GI pipe 50 to 80 mm bore and making good both ends all specified and directed

Supply and laying GI pipe light grade 80 mm in replacement as cable protection laid in trench/floor,fixed with ple/wall etc.

All as per item No 9 here in before but of size 50 mm dia complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, installation, commissioning of outdoor type stainless steel (SS 316) cubical enclosure compartmentalized exterior and interior mirror type brushed suitable for highly corrosive environment, high creep resistance, better mechanical properties like ductility, yield strength, hardness etc.The enclosure shall be made of 2 mm thick SS 316 sheet. The fixing of double doors shall be on SS hinges with anti-theft provision (the door can’t be removed from enclosure without cutting enclosure). All fabrication/welding shall be done with TIG/MIG or as approved by Engineer in charge suitable for SS 316. Sliding handle and locking arrangement front and rear both side . Enclosure shall be suitable for AC supply system 415 volts 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 HZ AC supply system having bus bar chamber with insulated Aluminium bus bar installed on proceline/ SMC insulator of rating not less than 1.5 times of incoming/ outgoing ACB/MCCBs . IP-55 class protection and mounted on channel 75 mm welded with panel of SS 316 with 04 Nos foundation bolt of size not less than 20 mm dia and 300 mm long. The enclosure shall have provision of cable alley . Cable entry from bottom side including internal wiring with PVC insulated solid, copper conductor FRLS cable, IS-694 marked, 1100 volts grade of appropriate size (but not less than 2.5 sqmm).

Note for item No- 11 to 13:- (i) All incoming and outgoing feeder shall be connected by cable through suitable size glands & thimbles. (ii) The various feeders shall be indicated by 50 mm size letters in synthetic enamel paint/ fluorecenet reflective lettering . (iii) All MCCB should be connected to Bus bar directly through expanded links (iv) All MCCB with adjustable protection for over load and short circuit and conforming to IEC60947/IS 13947/Pt. II/1993 (Latest Version). The MCCB should have Ics=100% Icu. The MCCBs shall have spreader links and barriers as standard feature of manufacture. (v) Costruction of Foundationand taking down old unsv LT Panel & old connected cables and reconnection of the same with new thimbles, gland of suitable size are deemed to be included in the above quoted rate. (vi) The panel should be manufactured as per latest IS Standard.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning in replacment or re-routing of LT underground cables 1100 volts grade any size PVC insulated XLPE and PVC sheathed, heavy duty armoured, with multistranded aluminium conductors, IS-7098, Part-I marked, laid in wall/ trenches/ duct/ under road/ footpath/ etc complete all as specified and directed. Cables of the following size :-

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground ,Earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level ,connected to and including galvanised iron earth strip 32 X 6 mm by means of nut, bolts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel and provision of charcoal dust and common salt packed all around the earth plate including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil and testing complete all as specified and directed and shown in electrical plate number 3 of MES SSR part-I(2009) (a) Excavation and earth work for drilling hole for electrode in soft/loose Soil. (b) PCC pit in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, Pre cast RCC cover with suitable handle 40 mm thick in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric weighing not less than1.87 Kg/ Sq meter. (c) Funnel with watering pipe of GI 20 mm nominal bore light grade and lugs etc complete all as specified and directed (d) 40 mm nominal bore medium grade GI protection pipe for protection of earthing lead complete all as specified and directed. (e) Requisite quantity of common salt and charcoal. (f) Testing of earthing.

Supply & fixing in replacement KIOSK Box weather proof made up of one piece mounted on SMC base and door pole mounted hinged door of size 333 x233x 120 mm outside and 300 x 200 x105 mm inside dimension comprising of aluminum bus bar 4 strips for 3 phase and neutral 63 Amp and 6 Amp fuse grip with base for controlling the street light fitting and Flat Iron 30x4mm with necessary MS nuts bolts and washers and including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on new steel surface and including embossing/painting of Danger notice of size not less than 10 cm x 7.5cm with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour on front face of KIOSK box body complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing on wall/ pillar of hot dip perforated cable tray, fabricated from GI sheet in the standard length of 2.5 mtr of thickness 14 SWG , depth 75 mm , width 150 mm including MS work with angle iron of size 35x35 x5mm fixed with min 1.0 mtr gap complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge .

Supply and fixing straight through joint heat shrinkable type with jointing kit suitable for cable PVC/XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty aluminium conductor 1100 Volts grade complete all as directed for following sizes .

25 to 50 Sqmm x 3.5 core.

70 to 150 Sqmm x 3.5 core.

185 to 240 Sqmm x 3.5 core.

S & F in replacement of UNSV MCCBs of capacity 630 Amps, FP, 50 KA, 415 Volts 50 Hz, AC, with adjustable thermal and magnetic release along with separator terminal fixed in any type of existing LT panel/Feeder pillar including taking out old existing unserviceable MCCB from panels etc complete all as directed
