Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering on concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement as in sunken floor, including finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured joint free tiles 400x350x6 to 7mm thick as in skirting/ dados set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pinted in white or coloured cement to match over 10mm back coat in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for light shade vitrified ceramic coloured tiles10mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished area of each tile not exc 0.36 sqm in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for machine cut kota stone slab flooring, steps 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete over 20mm screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete over 10mm thick back coat in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work in any description not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
