Tube axial fan:supply & Installation testing commissioning of 3phase, Tube axial Direct driven fan shall be suitable for 65mm WG static pressure. The fan motor shall be suitable of 400V ± 10% Volts, 50 Hz, 3phase AC power supply The system shall have suitable capacity of starter panel with whether proof enclosure. , tube axial fan having 5000 CFM with 35-40 mm satatic all necessary hardware, M.s. stand & support etc. as per instruction of OIC-ES with all necessary hardware, M.s. stand & support etc. as per instruction of engineering in charge.

Ducting:Design, Supply, installation, balancing and commissioning of factory fabricated GSS sheet metal rectangular/round ducting complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, vanes, hangers, supports etc. as per approved drawings and specifications and as per SMACNA standard of following sheet thickness complete as required. Hot dipped Galvanised with 120GSM Zinc coatingThe price shall include necessary scaffolding required for working at required height.

VCD:Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of GI volume control duct damper/Non Return damper 18 guage GI. frame & 20 guage GI blades complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, nuts, bolts, screws linkages, flanges etc, as per specifications.

Bird screen:Removable type Birds screen/wire mesh made out of 10 SWG MS wires.

Cable:Supply & Installation of 4CX2.5 sqmm copper armoured or equivelant to the exhaust fan cable as per directed & instructed by OIC-ES.

Canvas:Supply & fixing of Fire retardant synthetic canvass connection to blower, tube axial fan and ducting with all fixing arrangement, nut bolts, hardware’s etc. as directed for above blower unit.
