Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing the rubbish off the premises all as specified and directed.

M&L, 30mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring, finishing the surface even and smooth using extra cement including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, light coloured vitrified tiles in floors of size 600 x 600 x 9 to 10mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile over and including screed bed or bedding layer 15mm thick in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed complete all as specified and as directed. Demolition of stone slabs, tiles, cement concrete tiles/paver blocks of any description or thickness in floors, laid and bedded in any mortar including disposal of debris off the premises complete all as directed.

M&L, 18 to 20mm thick, approved machine cut, coloured Granite, factory polished, edges rounded in steps, cooking platform and the like laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone complete all as specified and directed.
