Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) :.As per DSR-5.2.2

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular ) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth Cement morter 1:4 .As DSR NO.- 6.1.1

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting,bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars.As per DSR-5.22.1

CEMENT PLASTER (IN FINE SAND)12 mm cement plaster of mix :in 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand).AS per DSR No.- 13.1.1

4 cm thick cement concrete floor 1:2:4 finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry,but excluding cost of nosing of steps etc all complete.As per DSR no.- 11.3.1

Providng and laying of 8 to 10mm thick ivory or light shade vitrified tiles of 600mm x 600mm size in flooring or skirting laid with 1 : 3 cement mortar (1 cement , 3 coarse sand) finishing with cement sturry & with pigment grouting & Polishing complete I/C S/O all material labour T & P etc. required for proper completion of work excluding base contrete.
