Repair/replacement by way of providing and fitting of refrigerant air dryer for 1250 LPM PSA technology based oxygen generation Plants. The refrigerant dryer should be of reputed make, intelligent control based having inlet pressure equal to outlet pressure from air compressor. The refrigerated air dryer shall be complete in all respects including condenser, clog- resistance condensate drain, separator, Heat ex- changer, compressor, main storage tank and other accessories. The refrigerant air dryer should have following specifications: a) Flow in Cfm: 800 b) Dew point temperature of maximum +3°C c) LED display controller Job will include all necessary piping network (M.S) and fitments (valves/ flanges/ nut bolts etc) required for installation of dryer and connecting it to the oxygen plants. Job will also include the piping system required for the removal of water from refigerant air dryer to outside manifold room.
