S & F Aluminium powder coated curtain track (Weight - not less than 0.60 kg/RM) Sectional Size of 40 X 25 mm for straight or curved partitions in hospital wards. (Shade of frame as approved by GE), with and including all fencing arragements like brackets, hooks, hangers etc requird for strong & specific fixing & alignment as required at site.

S & F ultra coated antimicrobial and flame redardent curtain fabric (shade as approved by GE) for hospital use with roller hooks suitable for curtain track under Item No 1 above all as directed Engr-in- charge.

Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of pipe line in soft / loose soil and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soft/loose soil all as specified & directed

Removing excavated meterial to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, laid dry and removing the rubbish not exc. 50 mtr all as specified and directed

M & L for Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces Cement plaster 1:6 all as specified and directed

S & F in trenches half round hume pipe of diameter 150mm and legth 1 meter after fixing of cable/gas pipe all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note : complete round is measured as one unit

M & L for fixing / laying in trenches, walls, with suitable clamps copper tubing 1.2 mm thick and dia 42 mm including all accesseries like Copper bends, Copper Tees, Copper Elbows, Copper Socket etc. duly Copper welded, testing and commissioning all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 42 mm Ball isolation valves with fittings screwed / copper welded all as specified and directed

(Note:- (i) Quoted rates shall be deem to include for earth strip with protection pipe up to 7.5 M length. (ii) All the joints shall be made with welding to get proper conductivity.)

Supply and fixing 415V 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) TPN 40 To 100 AMP in the DB complete with connection testing and all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 240V, 10 KA 'B' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of single poles and current carrying capacity 5 to 32 AMP, in the MCB DB Complete with connection testing and commissioning

Supply installed test and commision of energy efficient and green gas walk in cold room of size 3 mtr X 3 mtr X 3 mtr for storage of pharmacutical items (Medical Store) at a temp range of 2°C to 4°C with RH 55 ± 5% including the necessary civil works, lighting inside the cold room, fabrication of any type as required at site the following all as specified and directed:-

Design supply installed test and commissioning prefabricated energy efficient and green gas walk in cold room plant, elecrically driven with suitable cooling / freezing units with necessary central panel and all other accessories as specified under:-

(i) Room temp range of 2°C to 4°C with RH 55 ± 5% (ii) Ambient temp 42° C (iii) Application : Hospital Pharmacutical items, Medical Store

(iv) Refrigerant Unit : Aircooled compressor (initial filled) 3 HP MT CDU of carrier or equivalent with matching Evaporator Refrigeration system, refrigeration accessories, control panel with suitable length and size of copper piping, power cable & control cable from IDU to ODU - 01 Job

(a) Air cooled high efficiency condenser with 2 fan, rifled tubes and louvers fins etc. Factory fitted suction & liquid stubs for brazed connections, prewired electrical boxes etc. HP/LP safety switches, Reinforced base frame, compressor oil change, Dry holding charge b) Refrigeration control and instruments each set comprising of thermostatic expansion valve, temperature controller, liquid line, solenoid valve, liquid line driver etc

(c) Refrigeration piping as per compact layout to interconnect condesing unti and air cooling units, pipes shall be seamless copper for suction and liquid line

(d) PUF panel 100 mm thick for external / internal walls with PPGI and SS304 of density 40 kg/m3 including flooring with aluminium chequered plate, Hinged door of size 34" X 78" with view port/inspection window the edges shall have PVC gasket - 01 Lot

(e) Aircooled compressor (initial filled) 3 HP MT CDU of carrier or equivalent with matching Evaporator Refrigeration system, refrigeration accessories, control panel with suitable length and size of copper piping, power cable & control cable from IDU to ODU - 01 Job

(f) Dehumdifier (dessicant type) of suitable capacity to maintain RH at 55 ±5% including necessary controls, cabling and piping as required.

(g) Condensate drains piping to be connected to drain point.
