RequiredDrone shall have RTK/PPK GNSS, required accuracy, dual RGB + thermal payloads and autonomous waypoint flight. OEM technical datasheet/brochure and GTP confirming compliance.
RequiredBidder shall demonstrate autonomous flight, RTK accuracy, synchronised RGB + thermal capture and obstacle avoidance when called. Demonstration/PoC undertaking; actual demonstration during technical evaluation.
RequiredGCS/mission-planning software shall meet data-security requirements. Safe-to-Connect Cyber-Security Certificate.
RequiredBidder shall have DGCA-certified remote pilots / association with DGCA-approved RPTO. Valid Remote Pilot Certificates (RPC) of minimum 2 pilots OR RPTO association proof.
RequiredBidder shall train TGNPDCL personnel and facilitate RPC certification. Training plan/undertaking.
RequiredBidder shall provide safety SOPs and maintain statutory permissions and insurance. Safety SOP for drone operations near live conductors and compliance undertaking.
RequiredThe bidder shall be the OEM of the offered industrial drone, or its authorised representative holding a valid Manufacturer's Authorisation Form (MAF) together with a written back-to-back commitment from the OEM for supply, warranty, spares and service for this tender.
