Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (VG-30) @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects.(Including Cost of All Matarial T&P, Royalty, Taxes, Labour Cess etc but Excluding GST )

Providing and laying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using emulsion bitumen distributer at the rate of 0.20 Kg / Sqm. on the prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause no. 503 (I) (Including Cost of All Matarial T&P, Royalty, Taxes, Labour Cess etc but Excluding GST )

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (VG-30) @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects (Including Cost of All Matarial T&P, Royalty, Taxes, Labour Cess etc but Excluding GST )

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with (M-35) 43 grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse sand fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing

Part-B The routine maintenance of road (undulation, pot holes/ patch repair, Cracking, Rutting, Bleeding, Ravelling, Edgebreaking) including embankment, Patri, Road Sides, Cross Drains Hume Pipe Culvert and all road signage etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and end one years. including cost of material T&P labour cess, etc. but Excluding cost of GST ) For maintenance Cost 10% of work cost 1st Year -Nill 2nd Year - 10% maintenance Cost 3rd Year - 20% maintenance Cost 4th Year - 30% maintenance Cost 5th Year - 40% maintenance Cost
