SPL REPAIR TO CEILING FAN AND EXHAUST FANS, GEYSERS AND OTHER CONNECTED ITEMS AGAINST BER UNDER AGE E/M AT GE JHANSI

Taking down carefully the Ceiling / Exhaust fan of any discription from its installed position by disconnecting all electric supply connections for necessary repairs/replacment complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacment of BLDC super efficient ceiling fan,BEE 5 standerd rating surge protection 4 KV with 8/20 US pulse,5 step speed control with hand held remote control unit,100 % BLDC technology air delivery 220 Cum per minute blade material 1mm thick aluminium with 1200 mm sweep, 3 blade,, minimum 310 RPM, 100% copper winding motor with and including down rod, canopy (02 Nos), GI fan clamp with rubber bush, GI nuts, bolts and split pins etc (without regulator) and connecting up with 3 core x 0.5 sqmm flexible copper conductor cable from ceiling rose to connector of fan complete all incl ta complete all as specified and directed. Note: Old UNSV fans are properety of Department, will be deposited at MES yard.

Supply and fix in replacmentn of exhaust fan, 300 mm sweep with 04 Nos of blade leafs, 70 W power consumption, 1300 to1400 RPM, 100 % copper winding heavy duty motor with double ball bearings including supply and fixining of metallic louvers and connecting up with 3 core x 0.5 sqmm flexible copper conductor cable from ceiling rose to connector of fan complete all as specified and directed. Note: Old UNSV fans are properety of Department, will be deposited at MES yard

Taking down carefully the electric storage type water heater of capacity 25 liters from its installed position by disconnecting all water and electric supply connections for necessary repairs, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of electric water heater, storage type steel body with copper/ inner tank glass line and heating element upto 2 KW capacity 25 litre, BEE 5 Star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostate, NRV, connection piece etc complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Old unserviceable electric water heaters are the property of MES, will be deposited to AGE E/M yard.

Supply and fix in replacement of CP Bib taps 15mm, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule including taking down existing unserviceable bib tap of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of angle cock, cast copper alloy, chromium plated, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for pipe or for unions of size 15mm bore dia including taking down existing unserviceable angle cock of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of modular MCB protected plug and socket board in sheet steel enclosure with 25A rated mini MCB and 25A rated 3 pin plug, 240 V, 50 Hz complete including cutting the wall surfaces for flush mounting of socket board including taking down existing unserviceable plug & socket board of any description and making good with cement plaster, putty and paint to match with the existing surface all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of flexible PVC connection pipe 450mm long suitable for Hot/Cold water application including taking down existing unserviceable PVC connection pipe of any description complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sub main wiring along with earth wire with FRLS insulated copper conductor, single core cable drawn through and including medium grade rigid PVC conduit conforming to IS:9537 (Pt-III) and its all accessories/junction boxes/ inspection covers etc of suitable size but not less than 25mm concealed in wall/ floor etc including taking down existing unserviceable sub main wiring of any description complete all as specified and directed for 2runs x 4 sqmm(Ph & N) + 1run x 4 sqmm(earth wire). Note: Three runs of copper cable and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit length.

M & L in replacment of 15 mm bore steel water tubing meading grade galvanised with all fittings like Elbow,tee,socket,bend etc and fixed to wall, ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.
