Opening of the front/rear plate of Thermax Make SM-10DL 01 TPH model Steam Boiler. The job includes dismounting of the burner gun assembly ,removing the front/rear plate, by employing chain block. The job then involves throughly removing soot and carbon deposits by using wire brush, scrapers and blower from shell,tubes, smoke bones, furnance and flue gas reversal chamber. The job further includes cleaning of the gauge glass assembly . The inside of the shell shall be cleaned by circulating through it a solution of descaling compound, sulphamic acid powder of Thermax Make (approx 40 Kg) and water continously for 24 hr with the help of pump while maintaining a PH of 1-2. The solution is to be circulated from a tank/barrel /trays. All consumable items viz. Brushes, detergent,diesel/ kerosene oil,dhoti cloth required shall be arranged by the contractor. The job also involves dismantling/cleaning of Oilon make the burner gun,cleaning of nozzle, diffuser plate,electrodes.All other accesories of the boiler shall also be opened and cleaned similarly. The boiler shall be again reassembled ,tested and commissioned after overhauling. The job includes replacement of all seals,gaskets, asbestos rope. Asbestos felt, asbestos sheet,defective nuts, bolts etc. as shall be required and replacing the same with IBR certified products. The job encompasses hydrotesting the boiler after descaling operation has been carried out. The job also includes cleaning of the feed water tank by way of draining of the stored water and cleaning of the inside surface manually. The work should be carried out by IBR certified licence holder Mechanic/welder and firm should produce the certificate of the same before the start of work. The tools and tackles required for the job and any other consumables shall be provided by the contractor.

Repairs to the front/back plate refractory of SM-10DL 01 TPH model Steam Boiler. The job includes complete removal of old damaged refractory and thorough cleaning of refractory surfaces/bases.Angle Iron hooks/holdfasts shall be firmly welded to the refractory base whereever necessary and collar of the top plate shall be repaired if required .Refractory shall be laid in "fire Crete Super' brand castible refractory cement.

Depressurising and isolation of 1TPH capacity steam boiler. The job includes dismounting of the steam safety valves from the steam boiler and shifting of the workshop in private load carrier. The further includes disassembling/cleaning of the valves with kerosene oil. The then includes carrying out necssary machining/Milling of the spring seat,safetyvalve outlet, and tightening of the spring.The job further includes assembling and calibrating of the steam valve for required pressure set. The job also includes shifting of the same back to the steam boiler house and testing of the same on full load. The work should be carried out by IBR certified licence holder Mechanic/welder and firm should produce the certificate of the same before the start of work.

Dismounting of the old/ damaged gauge glass form the gauge glass assembly by means of precesion tolls and tackels. The job further includes replacement of the same with new IBR certified gauge glass along with gas ket.All the tools and tackles required to complete the job must be arranged by the firm. The work should be carried out by IBR certified licence holder Mechanic/welder and firm should produce the certificate of the same before the start of work.

Extraction of damaged tubes having no end clearence. The job includes providing and fitting of new seamless tubes of 50 mm dia and 3000 mm long and having the minimum thickness of 3.65 mm as per IBR recommendation. The new tubes shall be placed and manualy leveled at the right slots followed by welding at the respective ends using suitable welding electrode to make the joint leake proof. the boiler shall be put to set pressure of 300 Psi countinously for 24 hrs witout any pressure drop.
