Bringing approved earth (as approved by Garrison Engineer) from sources outside defence land including all cost such as royalty if any, transportation, taxes etc. for area filling/ forming embankments including raising(any height from EGL)/lowering by approved earth and including raising earth spreading in layers not exc 30cm thick each layer, watering, compaction with 8 tonne to 12 tonne power roller and finished to required size and shape etc, any high/depth from EGL.
