Supply, laying and testing DI pipes with flange/ spigot and socket ends centrifugally cast, class K-9 with cement motor lining inside the pipes & Zinc coated out side as per IS 8329/2000 in any length laid in treches of 300 mm bore sizes all as specified and directed :- Note : (i) Laying of pipe line should comply as per IS 12288-1987 (ii) Excavation and Earth work & DI special fittings shall be measured and paid separately (iii) Rate for M&L for hydraulic pressure testing of 300 mm dia newly laid pipe line as per IS-12288-1987 all as directed by EIC shall be included in quoted rate. (iv) Laying length less than 500 mtr span test not reqd. (v) Failing in pressure test contractor shall be liable to rectify all the defect and conduct the retest after rectification without any addl cost. (vi) 20% of the work done value shall be restricted untill pass the hydraulic pressure test success fully.

Taking up Cast iron water main (including all fittings) with spigot and socketed ends and lead joints including burning out lead joints for pipe of bore 300 mm complete all as specified & directed.

Taking up Cast iron water main (including all fittings) with spigot and socketed ends and lead joints including burning out lead joints for pipe of bore 150 mm complete all as specified & directed.

M & L cutting of existing cast iron pipes in position for insertion of bends (any type, radius and angle), Tapers any type (Straight bends, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc), Tee pieces single branch 'Y' junction, double branch cross (all sockets or sockets & spigot) collars, Caps & plugs for spigot socketed of pipes 150/300 mm dia bore branch connection etc all as specified and directed Note : DI Special fitting shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for DI fittings such as bends (any type, radius and angle), Tapers any type (Straight bends, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc), Tee pieces, single branch 'Y' junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or sockets & spigot), collars, Caps & plugs for spigot socketed pipes 200 mm to 300 mm dia bore

All as per item No. 6 But up to 150 mm

M & L for jointing of ductile iron pipe and pipe fittings any class with rubber gasket joint for spigot and socket end/ flange pipe 300 mm dia all as specified and directed.

M & L for jointing of ductile iron pipe and pipe fittings any class with rubber gasket joint for spigot and socket end/ flange pipe 150 mm dia all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 M width and not exceeding 1.5 M depth and getting out for laying of pipe etc in soft/ loose soil

Returning, filling including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in hard/ dense soil

Removing excavated surplus hard/ dense soil to a distance not exceeding 50 M and depositing where directed and at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point.

Demolition of Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rate for taking out PCC paver block in unbroken condition and stacking at safe location for reuse shall included in quoted rate.

M&L sand for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

Fining only 60 mm thickness machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block M-35 any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 in grey cement glossy finish rubber mould casted laid dry over sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B2, using 20 mm agregate cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concreting

M&L for bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint Note : All straps shall be made as shown in IS 12288-1987.

Taking out sluice valve of 400 mm dia and refixing of new sluice valve with refacing, regrinding.
