EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Construction of valve chamber with inner clear dimension 1000 x 1000 x900mm suitable for 50mm Gate Valves with PCC 1:4:8 150mm thick type D2 for foundation,brick masonary 230mm wall in CM 1:4 PCC 1:2:4 75mm type B1 for coping, rendering in CM 1:4 including provision of 3.0 mm thick MS sheet cover 40 x 40 x 6 mm angle frame embeded in coping with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer with locking arrangements, including necessary earth work complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Cutting the existing GI pipe line of 100mm dia and making GI, Union,GI Nipple with inserting Tee of size 100x100x50mm including packing with binding agents after fixing of pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY

Material and labour for road crossing/drain crossing by adopting trenchless tunneling work through specified pipe jacking method by erecting the equipment to true to the alignment and gradient by hydraulic pipe jacking technique complete including tunneling, excavation in any type of soils, hard rock ,depth lateral drilling of bore at a length 4 meter but not exe.5m below the road,monitoring using ultra sound technique suitable for drawing etc., and including provision of heavy duty of size 110 mm bore 6kg /sqm heavy duty HDPE pipe in suitable lengths dia with 6 mm thick in any length with jointing materials to carry LT UG cables of size upto 100 Sqmm and necessary conveyance charges of machinery and other required materials in co-ordination with the concerned goverment authorites for drilling across the road and the rate quoated for this provision shall be deemed to included on this account etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Double wall corrugated High Density Polymer Ethyl pipe PN8 (SDR 17) of size 110mm outer dia with ISI mark conforming to IS 14930-2001, laid in trenches/floors & fixed on wall/pole with and including necessary fittings such as bends, sockets and other connected accessories etc., for laying of electric cable (cable protection) complete all as specified and directed. Note: Earth work excavation shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Design, Fabricate, Supply, Install, testing and commissioning of LT cubicle panel board, 3 Phase 4 wire system (factory made of approved CPRI) of size as recommended by IS & CPRI norms, outdoor type double door front and back opening type, sloped canopy (Hood) on top extended 100mm all arround made out of CRCA sheet 3.15 mm thick dust proof, pre treatment process and painted with epoxy powder coated mat finish of Siemens Grey structural RAL 7032 shade colour, built in industrial type locking arrangement on front and back with separate compartment for each control gear, cable alley, provision of knock out type plates for various sizes of cable up to 25 Sqmm x 4.0 core in and

out, incoming and out going feeders duly marked on revited plates suitable for working on 415 volt AC supply including bus bar chamber and copper bus bar of capacity 32 Amps rating for phase and neutral mounted on hygroscopic insulator fixed in a separate bus bar chamber separate compartment for incoming and outgoing feeder and pre wired with PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor for controls and monitors, PVC sleeved aluminium strip for connecting MCCBs ,Panel mounted on Angle iron frame of 50x50x6mm thick duly painted and embeded in PCC 1:3:6 45 CM below ground level and 15 Cm above ground level and consisting the folowing:-
