Supply and fixed in replacement of defected/ burn out /unsafe internal control wiring and connection for automation main master panel installed at Jackwell pump house for scada system as per existing system and including using by FR PVC insulated electric wire with copper conductor wiring having of single core of size 0.5 sqmm to 1.0 sqmm sub wiring as propenly electrical connection for smooth controlling panel of scada system including resetting of system, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Reprogramming of PLC base Master Panel and Integrate, Modification of the program & Creation of soft keys to facilitate remote monitoring and operation of the Automaton PLC base Master Panel incorporated at Jackwell Pump House. The scope of work includes modification of the SCADA (Water Supply) system and its formats so as to include the status of the said Automation Slave Panels in the SCADA software,complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning motor actuated valve of size 300 mm dia complete single phase motor actuated with gear box valve set with disc material of CI with nylon coating, hand wheel for manual openation, pressure rating of 10 kg/sq cm and having 02 nos limit switches for open / closed condition and capability of accepting 4-20mA input complete set , complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling/Opening of complete 1000KVA voltage stabilizer servo controlled, drain out the transformer oil and taking out the core assembly out of the body. dehydrate and filtration of transformer oil (4200 ltrs) for attaining the dielectric strength minimum 40KV. Cleaning the core of voltage stabilizer, Servicing and replacement the following unserviceable major parts and reassemble the core, refill the filtered and dehydrated transformer oil including connection making and testing on connected load to confirm the requisite satisfactory results complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Note 1:- (i) Servo motor with RC Net Work having torque of 20 Kg cm (ii) Electromic control Card for Automatic Voltage regulation (iii) Wiring control panel incuding replacement of all indicators (iv) Checking and servicing of servo mechanism , gear synchronising system, automatic voltage regulator circuits and other allied electrical components complete. Note 2: (i) Unit rate is inclusive of replacement of all the minor parts. (ii) Service of Voltage stablizer done by company /authorized rep (iii) Contractor fully reponsible for arrangement for company rep. (iv) Contractor shall make arrangement for required T&P.

Supply and fix 6 x 1.5 sqmm 1100 volt heavy duty PVC insulated and PVC sheathed armoured copper cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and installed pre galvanised G.I. (GP Sheet) cable protection tray 400x50x50mm insize including all installation acessories used as per site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, installed and testing of HMI, 2 USB host port ethernet, serial communication as per existing make complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Maintenance of SCADA based water supply pumping and distribution system (SCADA system) by carrying out repairs, prenentive maintenance, servicing for smooth and efficient functioning of SCADA system including all connected circuit and accessories, servicing of SCADA server including necessary updating, etc to upkeep the service as recommended by OEM/manufacturer and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. The rate quoted shall include repair/maintenance and servicing of defective components/spare parts, establishing the communication between PLC based panel and the SCADA control centre, uploading and downloading of logic based programmer, carrying any changes/upgradation to the programmable logic controller (if required) and manual/remote opration from PLC based panel. Note:- (i) The quoted rate should include the servicing, preventive maintenance, minor repair and replacement of deffective components. (ii) Major spare parts to be paid separately. (iii) The system should be smooth and efficient working condition as per existing as recommended by OEM/Manufacturer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Repair/replacment of analog control cards 4 analog input / 6analog input X6 or as per existing make and specification used at site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Repair/replacment of 10mm dia dia brass / SS Direct acting/ Diaphragm type pilot operated solenoid valve for air release with manual by pass arrangement alognwith all necessaary installation accessories like gate valve, barrel piece, double nipple, elbows/bends etc suitable for line pressure of 10 kg/sqcm, and as per existing specifications, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make :- ROTEX / AVCON / ASCO or equvivalent compatible with existing system.

Supply and fix 2 x 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated and PVC sheathed armoured copper cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix 4 x 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated and PVC sheathed armoured copper cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
