Iron Removal Plant: Design, Supply, installation testing & commissioning including 5 years operation & maintenance of Iron Removal Plant with all allied works confirming to relevant BIS/IS code. The job shall include cost of all necessary allied and required items connections, valves, electromechanical work, pipe network including civil works as per requirement of site. The agency shall have to submit detailed design/ constructions and shop drawings for approval to the department before execution of works. All the equipment and item installed shall be from reputed and standard manufacturers, suppliers with proven track records approved by required technical data sheets, certificates from authorities and third-party inspections report before dispatch and installation. The quantity of water to be treated is Minimum 5.0 litres per second (LPS). The agency has to conduct a fresh physio-chemical analysis of water sample of production tube well before execution of works. The iron removal plant should remove Iron either below or up to WHO standards (≤ 0.3ppm). The treated water from plant should be as per IS 10500/2012 norms. The contractor shall provide all the material such as filter media, oxidising media, chemicals, disinfecting chemicals lubricants, pipe breakage (if any) replacements as required for smooth operation of the plant for a period of 5 years. The contract shall include all kinds of consumables required for smooth operation for a period of 05 years which shall be borne by the contractor and have to be supplied and fitted/installed by the contractor from time to time and as and when required. Cost on account of 05 year operation & maintenance of plant involving engagement of sufficient No. (minimum three) of skilled / trained person in the said field, who shall be responsible for exclusively operating and maintaining the plant for first three months and subsequently engagement of at least one number of skilled labour for the next nine months and subsequent half yearly inspections by experts besides imparting training to the staff to be posted by the department at the said plant and the contractor shall comply with the portions of all labor laws & rules framed there under, repair/ replacement cost, daily water quality analysis, chemical cost, grease, m-oil, annual painting of structures, water quality recording ,training of departmental employees etcshall be included in the contract on SITC/Turnkey Basic. The defective parts shall have to be replaced by the agency / manufacturer during the contract period. The turnkey job shall include all kinds of consumables and spares required for smooth operation for a period of 05 years and have to be supplied and installed by the contractor from time to time and as and when required. The firm has to attend the site immediately as and when the quality of water is found to be below acceptable norms. Rest of specification as per Cluase 108 of technical anexure of SBD

Providing/supplying and fitting of G.I flanged Rising Main at site. The Pipe shall be hot dip Galvanized, class-C confirming to IS 1239. The job includes providing and fitting of M.S Flanges conforming to BIS 6392/1997 Table 17 (Rating PN16). The flanges shall be double welded both from inside and outside of the pipe using standard electrode of reputed make. Rest Specifications as cluase - "8" of SBD Size : DN80 Class: C (Heavy)

Fabrication, providing and fitting of washout Tee with arm length 1.2 feet each. The Tee shall be fabricated out of G.I pipe with M.S Flanges conforming to BIS 6392/1997 Table 17 (Rating PN16) fastened with weld joints on three ends. Size: 80mm Class: C class

Providing and fitting of, Ductile Iron double flanged, non-rising spindle soft seated glandless gate/ sluice valves as per IS14846 for regulating the water supply outside the pumping units . size 80 MM PN1.6 Manufacture test certificate to be appended. Rest of specification as per Cluase 12 of technical anexure of SBD

Providing and fitting of Ductile Iron double flanged, Slanted seat swing check valve( NRV) as per IS 5312. Size 80 mm PN 1.6 Manufacture test certificate to be appended. Rest of specification as per Cluase 13 of technical anexure of SBD

Supply, installation, Testing & commissioning of 1000VA Full Sine wave power inverter (Make: Microtek/Luminous) including Providing / Installation of 12V, 180AH Tubular inverter Battery with trolley and cover. (Make: Amaron /Exide) with 2-core 6mm2 Cu wiring as per site requirement along with other accessories like SS-Combine (02 No’s), 3-pin plugs etc of reputed make for proper fitment and installation of the item.

The mats shall be as per IS 15652:2006 & shall have the following specifications: - Composition: Rubber (synthetic mats for electrical purpose) Thickness: - 2.5mm Size: - 1M wide. The rubber mats shall be accepted with manufacturers test certificate.

Providing of good quality convenience and utility items specicifications are as per clause-57 of Technical annexure of SBD.
