Annual Maintenance Contract for Fire Alarm & Fire Detection System at WSA, complete all as specified and as directed comprising of the following :- Fire Detection & Alarm System :- (a) Fire Alarm Control Panel Four loop - 01 No. (b) Fire Alarm Control Panel Two loop - 05 No. (c) Smoke Detectors - 58 No. (d) Heat Detectors - 58 No. (e) Manual Call Point - 14 No. (f) Control Module - 59 No. (g) Fault/ Short Circuit Isolator - 05 No. (h) Remote Response Indicator - 116 No. (j) PVC Conduit Pipe 25mm - 850 RM (k) Copper Flexible Wire - 1660 RM (Note- Old U/S part will be replaced and paid seperatelly under respective item)

Annual Maintenance Contract for Lift of 08 Passenger/ 544 Kg at ATC as per Terms and Conditions given as follows :- (a) Servicing of Lift at Regular Intervals and as Frequently as the Company deems necessary based on the Age, Nature and Condition of the Elevator and take all Reasonable Care and Maintaining of Lift Equipment in Safe and Proper Working Condition. (b) Carry out the Servicing Work as required whenever possible on a Day including Sundays & Holidays and during Regular Working Hours. (c) Replenish the Gear and Motor bearing with necessary Manufacturer recommended Lubricants whenever necessary and All Parts of the Lift will be checked, cleaned and lubricated to keep them, both Mechanically and Electrically in Perfect Working Condition. Replacement of Unserviceable Parts will be included in Quoted Unit Rate. (d) Carry out according to its Standards Customary Annual Safety Test to Examine All Safety Devices. (e) Lift AMC will be as per Terms and Conditions of SCHINDLER Company. (f) Contractor has to submit AMC within 20 Days after Acceptance of Tender. If the Contractor fails then necessary Recovery will be made as per Terms and Conditions of the Contract. NOTE : Contractor is responsible for Working and Inspection of Registration for the Year 2019-20 of Lift by Lift Inspector Cum Executive Engineer, Electrical Inspectorate, Haryana - Hisar is included in Quoted Unit Rate.
