Providing Assistance in Daily Operation, maintenance and distribution of Drinking water arrangement (1000 LPH RO plant and 200 LPH RO plant) including repairing/replacement of damaged pipe line with fittings at Penganga OCP of Wani Area.(For 2 Years)

Assistance in Daily operation, maintainance of RO Plant (of capacity 1000 Lit/Hr & 200 LPH) including daily washing of Filter Beds, repairing of leakages of valves, fliter media, pumps etc.complete as per Instruction of EIC. Contractor is required to provide 1 manpower in each shift toyal 2 shifts in per day. Contractor is also required to provide relievers/substitutes against leaves/ holidays etc.

Providing , Supplying and replacing of RO Mebrane, Sand and carbon media (1 Nos), membrane housing (1 Nos) and 1.5 hp high pressure pump including all the tools (1 pump per year), Anticealant liquid (1 Nos ) and necessary fittings with service charges per month etc all complete as per instruction of EIC.

Dozing of chemicals in the RO Plant which includes Dozing pump, Chemical can, and Fixing Chargs etc complete as per Instruction of EIC.for 200 LPH Ro plant. (The work should be taken up once in a year with warranty of 1 year for Dozing Pump).

Providing , Supplying and replacing of RO Mebrane once in a year including all the tools and necessary fittings etc all complete as per instruction of EIC for 200 LPH (Once in a year).

Providing and fixing brass stop cock of approved quality : 15 mm nominal bore.

Providing and fixing wash basin with C.I. brackets, 15 mm C.P. brass pillar taps, 32 mm C.P. brass waste of standard pattern, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever require: White Vitreous China Wash basin size 630x450 mm with a single 15 mm C.P. brass pillar tap.

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. Internal work - Exposed on wall 15 mm nominal dia Pipes.

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. External work 15 mm nominal dia Pipes.
