Earth work in excavation in all kinds of soil in foundation trenches pits and bulk evacuation including stacking soil neatly away from the edges, filling back by the sides of foundations in plinth in 150mm thick layers, ramming, watering and consolidation complete including disposal of Surplus earth within University Campus/outside University Campus as directed by the Engineer Incharge. Nothing extra shall be paid.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 ( 1 cement: 5 coarse sand: 10 grade crushed stone aggregate 40mm nominal sizes) in foundation and under flooring including machine mixing, finishing, consolidation, curing and form work complete.

Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement 1.5 coarse sand 3 graded crushed stone aggregate 20 nominal size including cost of centering, shuttering complete. All work upto plinth level.

P&L in position specified grade of RCC 1:1.5:3 ( 1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 12.5/20mm nominal size) above plinth, in superstructure including cost of centering, shuttering but excluding cost of reinforcement in:- Columns, Pillars, Posts & struts, Beams (straight or curved), rib of coffers, lintels, brackets, suspended floors, roofs (any slope), water tank, slabs of coffers, landings, balconies, shelves chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window cills, staircases and spiral staircases, arches, arch ribs, domes, vaults shells, folded plate, staircase steps including waist slab, folded steps etc. All RCC works upto floor V level complete in all respects. Nothing extra shall be paid for any additional height of formwork.

Providing steel thermo mechanically treated bars conforming to IS:45612000 reinforcement for all RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete including cost of steel reinforcement and binding with 18-20 gauge, soft drawn concealed steel binding wire complete as per specifications and drawings. All work upto floor V level.

Brick work with 2nd class bricks of class designation 75 in foundation, plinth & in Superstructure in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including cost of scaffolding, curing etc. complete. All work upto floor V level.

Half brick masonry with brick of class designation 75 in foundation, Plinth & Superstructure in Cement mortar 1:4(1 cement : 4 sand) including cost of scaffolding, curing etc complete . All work upto floor V level.

Extra for providing and placing in position 2 Nos. 6mm dia or equavalent MS bars at every third course of half brick masonry

Providing Salwood in frames of doors, windows, clearstory windows and similar work and fixed in positions including , applying two coats of wood preservative to all sides of the frame as per the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge at site before fixing and also including applying a priming coat of wood primer and then two or more coats with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture, required shade and finish complete. (Make Asian/Nerolac) All work upto floor V level.

Providing 40x5 mm flat iron hold fast 40 cm long including fixing to frame with 10 mm diameter bolts, nuts and wooden plugs and embeddings in cement concrete block 30x10x15cm 1:3:6 mix (1cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Providing and fixing of 35mm thick 2nd class Teak wood glazed shutter for window/clerestory windows as per required drawing, design and specification with necessary M.S butt hinges with screws including providing and fixing of 4 mm thick glass panes of approved quality with necessary beading and sash bar (Teak wood 2nd Class) and also including applying a priming coat of wood primer and then two or more coats with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture, required shade and finish complete (Make Asian/Nerolac).All work upto floor V level.

Providing and fixing wire gauze shutters using galvanised M.S. wire gauze of average width of aperture 1.4mm with wire of dia. 0.63 mm for doors, windows and clerestory windows including ISI marked bright finished or/and black enamelled M.S. butt hinges with necessary screws : 35mm thick Second class teak wood shutter including applying a priming coat of wood primer and then two or more coats with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture, required shade and finish complete (Make Asian/Nerolac). All work upto floor V level.

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters :35 mm thick including ISI marked anodised aluminium butt hinges with necessary screws and also including applying a priming coat of wood primer and then two or more coats with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture, required shade and finish complete (Make Asian/Nerolac). All work upto floor V level.

Providing & fixing glass panes, with wooden fillets Float glass panes of thickness 4.0 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm)

Cement plaster 6mm to 10mm thick in a single coat with cement mortar 1:3 at all floors and locations for ceilings, soffits of exposed beams etc. finished perfectly smooth to correct lines, levels. 10-15mm thick cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) in single coat on rough/fair side of single or half brick walls for exterior plastering, finished even and smooth including scaffolding etc. complete. All work upto floor V level.

10-15mm thick cement plaster 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) in single coat on rough/fair side of single or half brick walls for interior plastering, finished even and smooth including scaffolding etc. complete. All work upto floor V level.

Providing and laying Cement concrete 1:5:10 (1cement: 5 coarse sand: 10 graded Brick aggregate 40mm nominal size) under flooring including machine mixing, consolidation, curing and Centering, shuttering/form work complete.

40 mm thick Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) finished without a floating coat of neat cement slurry.

Providing and laying Double charged vitrified floor tiles in 600 x 600 mm sizes(thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make (RAK/JOHNSON/SOMANY/NITCO) in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 Cement: 4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigments etc complete.

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 13755 of approved make (NITCO, SOMANY KAJARIA,ORIENT) in all colour/shade as directed by the Engineer In Charge , laid on 20 mm thick Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigment etc., complete.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed tiles conforming to IS : 13753 of minimum thickness 5 mm of approved make (NITCO, SOMANY, KAJARIA, ORENT in all colour/shade as directed by the Engineer In Charge any size as approved by Eningeer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of Cement Mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 Coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3Kg per Sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Applying white cement based Putty of average thickness 1mm of approved brand & manufacture on wall surface to give an even finish (JK wall putty/Birla Wallcare). All work upto floor V level.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on New work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with water thinnable cement primer (Make Asian/Nerolac).

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade on New work (two or more coats applied @ 3.28 liter/10sqm) over and including base coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10sqm. All work upto floor V level.

10cm thick (average) mud phaska of damped brick earth on roofs laid to slope consolidated and plastered with 25 mm thick mud mortar mixed with bhusa at 35kg per cum of earth and gobri leaping with mix 1:1 (1 clay: 1 cow dung) and covered with specified tile bricks grouted with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% of integral water proofing compound by weight of cement and finishing neat. With common burnt clay (non modular) brick tiles of class designation 10.0

Providing and laying APP (Atactic Poly Propylene Polymer ) modified prefabricated five layer water proofing membrane, black finishing reinforced with glass fibre mat consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 ltr/sq. mt. by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25°C, 0.87- 0.89 kg/ltr and viscosity 70-160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane torch and sealing all joints etc., and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under: Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorized applicator of the manufacture of membrane. 3 mm thick water proofing membrane with non-woven polyester matt: Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 650/450 N/ 5cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300/250N.

Providing gola (Angular Fillet) 75 x75mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10mm and down gauge) including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) as per standard design : In 75x75mm deep chase

Making khurras 45x45cm with average minimum thickness of 5 cm cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size) over P.V.C. sheet 1mx 1mx400 micron, finished with 12mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and a coat of neat cement rounding the edges and making the finishing outlet complete.
