Dismantling of Bolted/ welded structural steel fencing

Dismantling of existing bolted /welded steel fencing erected on 1.50 m high brick wall complete in all respect and disposal of serviceable or unserviceable material to any lead as per technical specifications, tender document and direction of Engineer-in-charge

Temporary Barricading: Providing and fixing temporary barricading using GI sheets and ISA 50x50x6 mm, grouting of angle etc. complete in all respect as per technical specifications, tender document and direction of Engineer-in-charge

Surface Dressing

Surface Dressing of ground including removing vegetaltion tress of girth upto 40 cm removing all inequalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal fo rubbish to any lead as per technical specifications, tender document and direction of Engineer-in-charge

Earth work in excavation/site grading

Earth work in excavation in all kinds of soil except rock in any plan dimension up to 3.0 M depth including disposal of excavated earth up to any lead in all conditions, and disposal of surplus and unserviceable earth. Soil to be leveled and neatly dressed complete in all respect as per scope of work, detailed construction drawings, as per technical specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation same as above but beyond 3.0m and upto 6.0m

Earth work in hard rock:

Excavation in hard rock including PCC, RCC, pavior blocks in flexible/rigid pavements etc., removing the debris or any type of material and disposal of serviceable or unserviceable material to any lead as per technical specifications and direction of EIC

(The Contractor shall take into account in his rate, the provision for excess excavation for necessary working space, slope etc., required for excavation and other allied works and refilling the side slopes and working space)

Earthwork in filling:

Earth work in filling with good quality imported earth from approved source in the layers of 150 mm and compacted up to 95% to its MDD up to 4 m depth and any plan dimension including all testing, watering, rolling each layer with 1/2 tonne roller or wooden or steel rammers, and every 3rd and top-most layer with power roller of minimum 8 tonnes and dressing / filling up ground depressions etc. complete in all respect as per scope of work, detailed construction drawings, as per technical specifications and directions of the EIC.

Supplying and filling Sand in 150 mm thick layers watering, rolling, ramming, consolidating and dressing the surface including cost of sand (zone-II/Zone-III sand only) complete in all respect as per scope of work, detailed construction drawings as per technical specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-charge.

Stone Soling / Rubble massonry

Providing and laying stone ballast 115 to 150 mm size in layers of 300 mm thick or 1: 4 rubbly massonry with spreading & blinding material like sand, stone grit and compaction with mechanical means, watering etc. including cost of material complete in all respect as per scope of work, detailed construction drawings as per technical specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-charge.

Brick Work in foundation with CM 1:4

Providing, construction and handing over of brick masonry foundations below DPC including weepholes, plastering of 15 mm thickness in CM 1:4 on exposed surfaces, mudmat, excavation and backfilling with serviceable earth, complete in all respects as per scope of work, detailed construction drawings, technical specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Brick Work in superstructure with CM 1:4

Providing, construction and handing over of brick walls of superstructure plastering of 15 mm thickness in CM 1:4 on both the faces complete in all respects as per scope of work, detailed construction drawings, technical specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying in position, construction and handing over of PCC in foundations, substructure, superstructure and under floor, etc complete in all respects as per scope of work, detailed construction drawings, technical specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

RCC in superstructure

Providing, construction and handing over of RCC M25 GR in superstructure elements such as walls, retaining walls, columns, beams etc. including shuttering inserts, conduits, openings, accesses, edge protection etc. complete in all respects as per scope of work, detailed construction drawings, technical specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and Fabricating and Fixing in position HYSD Steel Reinforcements/ TMT Grade Fe-500 D conforming to IS1786-1985 at all levels and positions including the Cost of transport, Straightening, Cutting, Bending, Cranking, Binding, Welding, Provision of necessary Chairs and Spacers, Preparation of bar bending schedule Drawings, getting the same approved etc., as per Drawings and Specifications and including Cost of binding wire, Labour etc., all complete in all respects as per scope of work, detailed construction drawings, technical specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge. The chairs and spacer bars provided will not be Measured for payment.

Compound wall

Providing, constructing and finishing of compound wall in brick masonry / RCC Wall 250 thk with RCC 460 square pillar at interval of 3 mt or as specified in construction drawings, and height 3 mt m as per scope of work detail construction drawings, including plastering, coping, painting, GI Pipe,whitewash, finishes all complete as per technical specifications and direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

BUILDING WORKS

RCC framed structure building [Refer PREAMBLE BUILDING WORKS RCC FRAMED STRUCTURE BUILDING].

Providing, construction and handing over of RCC framed structure building, including reinforcing steel, finishes, fittings, fixtures, complete in all respects as per scope of work, detailed construction drawings, technical specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-charge.

SOAK PIT AND SEPTIC TANK

Providing and construction of septic tank and soak pit in brick masonry and base and top slab in RCC M20 complete in all respect as per scope of work, detailed construction drawings, technical specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-charge.

PAVER BLOCK FLOORING IN FORECOURT

Supply, construction and handing over of CC inter locking paver block 80 mm thick, I shape, rough finish, M-40 strength with epoxy coating of approved brand laid over the sand bed of minimum 75 mm thick. The CC interlocking blocks to be of uniform Grey colour or as approved by EIC complete in all respects as per scope of work, detailed construction drawings, technical specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-charge.

Single SS Tube Trench in Forecourt

Providing and construction of Single SS tube trench in RCC/ CQ Plate Cover over the 100 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) base with precast SFRC cover of 600x550X 70 mm thk alongwith edge angle (ISA 75x75x6) and fixing of ISA 50x50x6 for supporting pipetrays @ spacing of 1000 mm c/c along the trench, including 12 mm in CM 1:5 plastering of walls of trenches complete in all respect as per scope of work, detailed construction drawings, technical specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-charge.

External sewerage and Water Piping

Supply, laying and commissioning RCC pipes of 300 dia including earth cutting, filling, disposal of surplus earth, bed concrete, RCC pipe, SW gully trap/ chamber, grease trap, all complete in all respects as per scope of work, detailed drawings, technical specification and directions of the EIC.

Providing and construction of Electrical Cable Pit of size 600x600x900 including PCC to be carried out at base, brickwork, SFRC cover and its frame over the chamber, leaving space for GI pipe fixing complete in all respect as per technical specification, construction drawings and direction of EIC.

BLDG PORTA CABINS . PORTA CABINS

Fabricating supply and installation of Porta Cabins as per Drawings The following details are being specified for reference purpose and to be followed on development of Portable cabin. However, mngl reserves the right to effect the minor changes as per site requirement and availability of material. The contractor is requested to understand all details on the construction material as well as arrange to get the porta cabin inspected during fabrication and also on completion.1. Shell : The shell will be fabricated from quality steel duly welded, comprising of base frame, peripheral structure and self draining roof. One entry door and 3windows. The eight corners are sufficiently strengthened to facilitate transportation, lifting and placing.2. Base Frame : The base frame is made of pressed mild steel channel section. The main structural element having 150 mm x 75 mm I beam and cross members are of ISMC 75 #C# channels.3. Side and End Walls : The side and end frame is made out of mild steel pressed sections of suitable profiles / pillars of suitable strength.4. Flooring Systems : On the bottom frame 19 mm thick Marine Plywood, of approved quality is fixed by means of self tapping screw. PVC Vinyl Sheets are fixed on this for Floor covering. 5. Roof : Self draining type rood is made out of 1.6mm thick MS Sheet, Adequate roof bows are provided. Roof is adequately chambered for draining of rain water.6. Insulation : 50 mm Thick Glass Wool/Rock Wool/ PUF / thermo Cole is used for walls and 75 mm thick insulation material is used for roof.7. Plaster in CM 1:4

Providing and laying 12 mm thick cement plaster on walls, RCC beams, columns and chajja etc of mix 1:4 ( I cement, 4 fine sand) including making of typical grooves drip-course including hacking of RCC roof beams and columns surfaces and curing etc. The job includes the cost of supplying and fixing of chicken wiremesh at every joint of brick masonry and RCC before commencing the plastering work complete in all respect as per scope of work, detailed construction drawings, technical specifications and directions of the EIC.

Providing and laying 19 mm thick cement plaster on walls, RCC beams, columns etc of mix 1:4 ( I cement, 4 fine sand) including making of typical grooves drip-course etc including hacking of RCC roof beams and columns surfaces and curing etc. complete. The job includes the cost of supplying and fixing of chicken wiremesh at every joint of brick masonry and RCC before commencing the plastering work complete in all respect as per scope of work, detailed construction drawings, technical specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting ( APEX / Weathercoat / Weathershield)

Supplying and applying 3 coats of Apex paint of Asian paints / Weathercoat of Berger paints / Weathershield of ICI paints on external walls surfaces in approved colour at all heights as per scope of work and recommendations of manufacturer including surface preparation, primer putty etc. detailed construction drawings , technical specifications and directions of the Engineer-In-Charge.

[Rate to include priming coat of putty, scaffolding, tools & tackles, consumables etc complete. ]

Painting (OBD)

Supplying and finishing internal walls and ceilings in plaster of paris punning to achieve an even finish and applying 3 coats of Oil Bound Distemper of Asian paints/ Berger/ICI brand in approved colour including surface preparation, primer, putty etc. as per scope of work, detailed construction drawings, technical specifications and directions of the Engineer-In-Charge.

White washing

White washing with Dehradun/Rajasthan lime in 3 or more coats to give an even finish including the cost of adding required adhesive (DDL), blue pigment (Robin Blue) etc. on walls, ceiling etc. complete in all respects as per scope of work, detailed construction drawings, technical specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Granite Stone over Dispenser Island & stair case

Providing and fixing 20 mm thick polished, machine cut granite stone for dispenser islands of required size and approved quality laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) with joints treated with white cement , mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touchups, including rubbing, making edge moulding, curing etc all complete as per detailed construction drawings, technical specifications and directions of the Engineer-In-Charge.

IPS Flooring

Providing and laying 60 mm thick cement concrete floor with M-20 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand :3 stone aggregate of 12 mm nominal size) with a floating coat of neat cement all complete as per detailed construction drawings, technical specifications and directions of the Engineer-In-Charge.

WEARING COURSE OVER RCC FLOOR

Providing & laying in panels 50 mm thick, 1:1:2 ( 1 cement, 1 fine aggregates, 2 (6mm) coarse aggregate ) screed with wire mesh of 4 mm thick & 75 mm square over RCC floor, all complete as per scope detailed drawings, technical specifications and directions of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Polycarbonate sheeting:

Providing and fixing 4 mm thick multiwall polycarbonate sheets of required canopy roof shapes and sizes and erecting them on roof/facia at proper position, all work as per specification, drawings and direction of EIC.

Providing and fixing ceramic glazed wall tiles.

Ceramic glazed wall tiles of the approved size and of the appropriate specification shall be fixed in the walls using mortar with proper finishing as mentioned ias per scope of work, detailed construction drawings, technical specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing vitrified tiles 600 x 600 mm.

Vitrified glazed floorl tiles of the approved size and of the appropriate specification shall be fixed in the floor over the subbase, pointing, cutting, curing and proper finishing as per scope of work, detailed construction drawings, technical specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, Fabricating & Erecting in position steel structures fabricated out of MS Girders, channels, Tees, angle, flats, plate, square hollow sections pipes etc. conforming to IS:2062 and/or from pipes conforming to IS:1161 for structural purpose for cascade supporting structure, loading/unloading platform, Gratings for platform, handrails, hoardings for signage, safety signboards,etc. of any size/dial for required design including cutting, welding, bolting, hoisting, fixing in position, and applying two or more coats of approved quality synthetic enamel paint over a priming coat of approved steel primer etc complete as per scope detailed drawings, technical specifications and directions of the EIC.

Providing and fixing Fencing Structure

Supplying, fabricating & fixing steel structural fencing fabricated from pipes conforming to IS:1161 and plates conforming to IS:2062 & fixing of GI weldmesh made from 3mm GI wire @ 75 mm bothways to structural steel frame by means of welding/bolting, painting with enamel paint in approved shade including supply of all raw materials, bolts, electrodes, transportation, including making pockets & pouring with PCC (1:2:4) in of block 500x500x500 for fixing of posts etc complete as per enclosed sketch, technical specifications and directions of the EIC.

Providing and fixing safety guard with 100 mm heavy duty sta.steel Pipe (size 750 deep and 600 width inside) grouted with ready mix high strength grout mortar of approved manufacturer and painted with approved quality paint as per scope of work, detailed construction drawings, technical specifications and directions of Engineer-In-Charge. Supplying, fabricating and erecting structural steel canopy (including canopy fascia with 4 mm thick ACP, Led Company Logo, ACP column cladding 4 mm thick including all signage work & ACM sheeting )

Supply, fabrication, erection and handing over of structural steel fabricated canopy (85Kg/Sqmt +-15%) including roof sheeting as per specification, Pre-coated Steel false ceiling system with powder coated finishes as per manufacturers instruction and specification, gutters, facia, flashings, Rain water pipes and gutter, painting, complete in all respects as per scope of work, detailed construction drawings, technical specification and directions of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing Al glazed framing Door.

Supply, transportaion, fixing in place the aluminium glazed framed door of approved make in the masonry wall as per the procedure laid down in the tender document at the locations specified by Engineer In Charge.

Design, Supply, transportation, installation, testing & commissioning of Monolith as per approved design drawings, scope of work, tender document and as per direction of EIC.

Design, supply, transportation, installation, testing and commissioning of monolith : 3mm thick ACM (Aluminium Composite Material) panel router cut cladding on M.S. framework (hollow steel sections as per design requirement) with 4 nos. backlit panels on both sides in 3mm thick PET-G (Spectra Copolymer! Relstar). PET-G panels shall be of appropriate approved colour and cutouts for product names, logos, etc. The body of the monolith shall be in 3mm thick ACM in colour and shape as per approved design. The company logo should be prepared in polycarbonate sheets (GEl LEXAN make) in corporate colours and thermoformed to form the design which shall be in turn fixed in cutouts made in monolith body of ACM. The portions of the monolith to be backlit to make the acrylic polycarbonate portions! logos visible at night. Special spot lights (2 nos. - 400 watts with metal halide lights of Philips make) to be incorporated in design to light up the entire tower with throw from base. The backlit portion of the monolith to be lit with sufficient numbers T5 (28 W) tube lights (Philips make) with electronic choke, mounted on MS tube frames with plastic holders. Multi strand copper conductors with PVC insulation to be used. Steel structural frame to be installed on RCC foundations. All work to be done in line, level and plumb. The total work should be carried out as per approved design drawings, scope of work, tender document and as per direction of EIC.

Note: 1. Rate to include designing (including structural design) supply, fabrication and installation of Monolith tower with all material and framework at site, ACM cladding as per the approved design including thermoformed PET-G, acrylic! Polycarbonate sheet, adhesive, rivets, bolts, nuts, screws, washers, tube lights, choke, all civil and structural works, conductors, connectors, etc. all inclusive. 2. Item also to include cost of labour, transportation, erection, assembling, hoisting, launching, tools, tackles, jigs, scaffolding, framework, and all other consumable that might be required to complete the job. 3. Peal-off protective film of ACM to be removed at site after final inspection. Mode of measurement: Per unit installed at site as per the designs and specifications. 4. RCC foundation for monolith will be paid in separate item. (However drawing for the foundation is to be provided by bidder.) 5. Warehouse shed in steel structure with corrugated 0.8mm thik coadted GI sheet. (up to 9 mt Supply, fabrication, erection and handing over of structural steel fabricated Coverd Shed(50Kg/Sqmt +-20%) including roof sheeting as per specification, with powder coated finishes as per manufacturers instruction and specification, gutters, facia, flashings, Rain water pipes and gutter, painting, Lighting ,Cableing ,B/W ,Plaster,painting , Foundation & over All civil electrical work complete in all respects as per scope of work, detailed construction drawings, technical specification and directions of Engineer-in-charge. Kerb stone fixing Providing and fixing kerb stone of approved make (kerb stone blocks shall have niche with reflective material fixed in it) at ground level as per approved pattern and setting in position with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement : 3 coarse sand) including the cost of required centering, shuttering and finishing smooth over 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 stone aggregate 40 mm), painting with emulsion paint of approved brand and colour complete in all respects as per scope of work, detailed construction drawings , technical specifications and directions of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying Capcell board

Providing and laying Capcell of Supreme make board sealing in expansion joints of 25 mm thickness & depth upto 100 mm at all locations; including sand fill, edge preparation, cleaning, drying complete in all respects as per scope of work, detailed construction drawings, site sketches, technical specifications and directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

EXTERNAL DEVELOPMENT

Providing and planting turfs, Wall other plant material, pesticides, sweet soil as per design and specifications complete in all respects as per scope of work, detailed construction drawings, technical specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Construction of Rain Water Harwesting Pit including 40M Deep Bore well 150MM Dia with all Associated Works as per approved design drawings, scope of work, tender document and as per direction of EIC.
