Earthwork in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc.(not exceeding 1.5m width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10sqm on plan, depth upto 1.5mtr. Including disposal of excavated earth upto 1mtr from cutting edge, disposed earth is to be leveled and neatly dressed in all kind of soil

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering -All work upto plinth level

1::6:12(1 cement :6 fine sand : 12 graded nallah stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)

1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded croshed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Providing and Placing of Boulders in the concrete.

Centering and shuttering including strutting propping etc. and removal of form work for foundation. Footing, bases of columns etc for mass concrete.

Brick work with FPS bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth in cement mortar.

1:6(1 cement :6 fine sand)

12mm cement plaster on brick wall of mix:-

1:6(1 cement : 6 fine sand)

Structural steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work including cutting, twisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete angle 35*35*4 mm.

Providing and fixing G.I chain link fencing of required width in mesh size 25*25 mm made of G.I wire of dia. 3mm including strengthening with 2mm dia.Wire/nuts, bolts and washers as required complete.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade on new work two or more coats applied @ 3.84kg/100sqm

Painting with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shades to give an even shade New steel work two or more coats.

Steel work welded in built up section/ framed work including cutting, hosting, fixing in postion and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc as required fir gates.(in grating,frames,guard bar,ladder, railing bracket gates and similar works)

Providing and fixing solar lights

Carriage of the following materials by Mechanical Transport from source to site of work incl. loading unloading and stacking complete:-

Sand & Bajree for an average lead of 15.00 Km by M.T.

Stone aggregate/Bajree for an average lead of 15.00 Km by M.T.

Stone for an average lead of 15.00 Km by A/T.

Bricks for an average lead of 45.00 Km by M.T
