RMO specialized Electrical and Mechanical services of Delhi High Court, Delhi. (SH Operation, Routine Maintenance of HVAC and Wet Riser and Sprinkler system installations at Main Court Building at Delhi High Court)

a) HVAC System Running maintenance & operation and general upkeep of 1x350 TR, 1x450 TR, 2x375 TR, 3x175 TR, 3x235 & 3x250 TR capacity central Air conditioning plant (low & High side) alongwith associated accessories i.e. cooling tower, primary and secondary chiller pumps, condenser pump , HWG (Hot water generator), pumps and switchgears etc and carrying out the daily drill comprising of cleaning of above installation and maintaining log book & periodical checking of above installation, keeping the entire installation on functional mode and recording the temperature at hourly basis (from 10 AM to 5 PM) in all Courts & Chambers for A.C. Plant and AHU operating by deploying A.C. Operator and khallasi staff in two shifts on all working days of the month including sunday and holidays as per terms & conditions & additional conditions attached, as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge etc as required for 'A'- Block, 'C'-Block, B-block,Extension Block & Administrative Block at Delhi High Court Building complex, New Delhi. (Annexure "A"attached).

b) Wet riser & Sprinkler system Running maintenance & operation and general upkeep & cleaning of Wet riser & sprinkler system consisting of water supply pump sets, valves and associated accessories, related electrical wiring work, related electrical control panel & and associated switchgears/accessories including minor repair works, and maintaining log book for above installation & periodical checking of installation, as and when required by deploying Fire Fighting/pump Operator and Khallasi in various shifts on all days of the month including Sunday & Holidays, as per terms & conditions attached and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge etc as required at Delhi High Court Building complex, New Delhi.
