Construction of twelve Mega/Major Bridges between Ambamahuda and Kui in C/W Taranga Hill Abu Road via Ambaji New BG Line Project in Ajmer Division.

The Bidder shall have a minimum Net Worth (the "Financial Capacity") of 5% (Five percent) of the Estmated Project Cost of the Project as specifed in the NIT (Advertsed Value) at the close of the preceding Financial Year.The tenderer shall not have total amount of dispute in their pending litgaton more than Fify percent (50%) of the tenderer's Net Worth. The tenderer shall be examined for all pending litgaton from all contracts completed or all ongoing contracts. The tenderer shall provide detailed informaton of all such pending litgatons in the prescribed proforma given in Appendix-VIII. The details of all pending litgaton shall comprise of all such Arbitraton cases and also all pending Court cases irrespectve of whether these litgatons have been initated by the tenderer against their Employer/Authority/Client or by theClient/Employer/Authority against the tenderer. The amount of disputes shall also comprise of all the claim amount and also all counter-claim amount in such Arbitraton/Court cases.(Refer clause No. 2.2.2.2 of RFP).

The Bidder shall have the Technical Capacity and Experience as mentioned in Clause No. 2.2.2.1, 2.2.2.3,2.2.2.4,2.2.2.5,2.2.2.6 to 2.2.2.9 of the RFP.

Similar nature of work "As defined in Clause 2.2.2.4(iii) (C) (iii) of RFP".

APPENDIX IC (Contractor's Work Plan) Clause 2.11.1 and 3.1.6.1of RFP shall be submitted through online towards Contractor's Work Plan with full details of manpower, machinery, equipment, number of simultaneous sites listing all the activities from mobilization to completion along with S curves for all major activities like Earthwork, Concreting, Steel work etc.

APPENDIX ID (Supporting Documents) Clause 2.11.1.1 of RFP, shall be submitted the details through online i.e 1) Detailed break up of all the cost components forming part of PVC formula as per para of bidding document along with rate analysis of each component. 2) Expected billing based on milestones and physical progress, 3) S Curves of cash flow.

STUDY OF DRAWINGS AND LOCAL CONDITIONS: The drawingsfor the works can be seen in the office of the ChiefAdministrative Officer, Construction, 5th floor, NWR Headquarter building, Malviya Nagar, Jaipur- 302017 or in the office of the concerned field Deputy ChiefEngineer / Construction / NWR . It should be noted thatthese drawings are meant for general guidance only andRailway may suitably modify them during the execution of workaccording to the circumstances without making the Railwaysliable for any claims on account of such changes. If there is anyvariation between the description in the tender and the detailedplans, the Engineer-in-Charge will operate the correctdescription and his decision is final and binding on the tenderer/Contractor. The Tenderer/Contractor is required to inspect thesites of works and acquaint himself with the site conditions,availability of approaches for transporting of men and materials,space and other factors relating to the works, availability oflabour, electricity and water, etc., before quoting his rates. Theextent of lead and lift involved in the execution of works and anydifficulties involved in the execution of work should also beexamined before formulating the rates for complete items ofworks described in the schedule. The Tender submitted will bedeemed to have been made after such inspection.

Forthe purpose of CORRIGENDUM in the tender, NIT period issplitted as under: (a) ADVERTISEMENT PERIOD: The time duringwhich all information pertaining to tender shall be available butoffers cannot be submitted (b) OFFER SUBMISSION PERIOD: 15days prior to closing of tender, during which tenderers cansubmit their offer.

Applicable for the tenders with eligibility criteria: The offer ofTenderer(s) who do not enclose Work Experience Certificate &Financial eligibility Certificate with requisite details, andsupporting documents along with their Tender to establish theircredentials shall be summarily rejected, even though they areworking contractors or contractors on approved list.
