M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from wall upto plaster surfaces by electric sand paper grinder, washing, rubbing down and stopping of existing treatment including cleaning of motar drops, smoke soot moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots etc and preparation.

M&L for applying 3mm thick white cement base wall care putty over on plastered surfaces for even & smooth finishing all as specified and directed by EIC.

M&L for applying one coat of primer including filling of cracks/holes by crack filler, removing unnecessary nails in internal/external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections /cantilevers/balcony/ceilings etc complete all as specified and directed. Notes: (1) After prepared surface , the contractor will inform to the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge for site inspection before applying further external finishes. Please note that the further external finishes work will start only after approval of the prepared surface from the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge through site order.

M&L for applying 01 coat of Oil bound distemper (light shade) @ 24 sq.m/litre/1 coat to ceiling surfaces by manufacturer by using following brands complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for washing, rubbing down and stopping of old preparation of old distempered surfaces of walls including cornices, pillasters etc and applying one coat of oil bound distemper on walls all as specified and directed .

All as per item No. 6 .00 here in before above but on ceiling.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces including brooming down moulds & efflorescent salt & trading oil & greasy spots and applying two coat of white wash on walls.

All as per item No. 8.00 Above but on ceiling.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of exterior emulsion (weather coat) paint over one coat of alkali resistance primer on plastered surface of walls of any description all as specified and as directed.

M&L for washing, rubbing down and stopping of old preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls including cornices, pillasters etc and applying one coat of exterior emulsion (weather coat) paint on walls all as specified and directed by EIC

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of wood and wood based surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed by EIC.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of steel and iron work over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified.

M&L for in repair in chajjas, concrete using smart care micro concrete or equivalent 0.15m girth (average) make : Berger / Nerolac complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of Old painted surface of stone, concrete or plaster surface of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described and applying one coats of synthetic enamel complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall or ceiling etc including raking out joints hacking for keys scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement mortar on stone surfaces with cement mortar 1:6 finished of internal walls finished even and smooth without usung extra cement.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on stone masonary or brick masonary surfaces finished even and smooth with using extra cement.

M&L for rendering 05 mm thick (1:3) on fair faces of concrete surfaces incl preparation to new surfaces on ceilings finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of ceiling and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat primer complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper on walls over a coat of primer.
