Clearing the Scrub jungle removing from away site including incidential charges and all labour charges with burning and ashes including all labour charges etc,..complete.

Earth work excavation in all soils and subsoils to full depth as may be directed except hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring ,strutting,sectioning etc as per SS20A.

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 250mm thick with pavers in SubBase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Applying PRIMECOAT over WMM surface at 7.00Kg of SS-1 Bitumen Emulsion / 10 sq.m including labour for spraying, hire charges for bitumen sprayer etc., Complete

Applying TACK COAT over Primed WMM surface at 2.5Kg of RS-1 Bitumen Emulsion / 10 sq.m including labour for spraying, hire charges for bitumen sprayer etc. complete

Applying tack coat over BT surface (not treated with primer) using 3Kg of bituminous emulsion per 10 Sqm. including cost of bituminous emulsion which will be supplied departmentally at section stores and cost of which will be recovered at the rates as per special conditions appended herewith including conveyance of bituminous emulsion to actual work spot handling charges including labour charges for brushing, cleaning and preparing the surface for laying the tack coat and labour and machinery charges for applying the required quantity of bituminous emulsion including hire, fuel and running charges for all tools and plants employed for the work including all other incidental charges such as barricading and providing danger lights, flags etc., complete as per standard specification.

BITUMINOUS CONCRETE 30 MM THICK USING cmp Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete to 25/30/40mm thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00- 9.50mm, 0.17 cum of 9.50-2.36mm and 0.26 cum of 2.36 and below with 50.30kgs of VG30 bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonne Vibratory to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher, Vibratory roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5
