Supply and installation of Hydrological Information System at Haidargarh Branch System of Sharda Sahayak Organization

SUPPLY AS PER SCHEDULE OF REQUIREMENTS

Supply and Installation of Hydrological Information System with following items: (i) GSM based (cellular) internet-connectivity, and a low data rate communication channel for adhoc/local connectivity (ii) Solar Power system having batteries which is able to give sufficient power for 15 days without charging & Solar Panels which is capable to charge batteries fully within 4 Hrs. (iii) Precision sensor pack for water-level (mm precision, Radar Type Sensor) (iv) Inbuilt support for connecting additional sensors through industry standard electrical and communication interfaces for peripheral integration (v) 8GB external flash memory for on-board backup and diagnostics (vi) Free data storage, management and enterprise-wide access to feature-full data platform on desktop and mobile including enterprise-wide SMS based alert notification service for 5 years. Including integration of H.I.S. system to website and dashboard for canal real time data and its mobile version and application built for H.I.S. System (vii) All stations should be compatible and able to communicate with server which is supplied under this contract and with our cloud server. Price is including installation, Testing, commissioning, Training, initial Profiling and Validation/Calibration of canal Gauge and discharge curve establishment of gauge strips. (both material & labor, complete in all respect).

Server for data center which shall be synchronized with our cloud server as per technical specifications.

Supply of Desktop Computer (All - in - one, Core - i7) (As per specification attched in Bid)

RELATED SERVICES (During 2-year Comprehensive Warranty period)

Operations, comprehensive maintenance and repairs, replacement of supplied goods for a period of 2 years Comprehensive Warranty for each HIS stations along with all accessories, installed at designated locations within Uttar Pradesh. This includes upgradation of all software associated with Hydrological Information System (HIS) and Server for a period of 2 years. This also includes: Data acquisition and management of software, operation and maintenance of the server, synchronization of data with physical server, automatic backup of the data and the replacement of batteries as and when required at bidder’s cost.

Profiling (canal bed width : upto 6m) Validation/Calibration of cross-section and preparation of discharge curve per HIS Station (or as per the direction of Engineer In-charge) including all cost of labor and T&P.

Profiling (canal bed width: Range 6m to 15m) Validation/Calibration of cross-section and preparation of discharge curve per HIS Station (or as per the direction of Engineer In-charge) including all cost of labor and T&P.

RELATED SERVICES (During AMC Period after 2 year warranty period)

Annual Maintenance Charge (AMC) for 21 HIS stations along with all accessories, installed at designated locations within Uttar Pradesh for a period of three (3) years after comprehensive warranty period of two (2) years and Up-gradation of all software associated with HIS system. This includes the replacement of batteries as and when required at bidder‘s cost and up-gradation of all software associated with Hydrological Information System (HIS). For 1st Year (After completion comprehensive warranty period of 2 years)

Annual Maintenance Charge (AMC) for 21 HIS stations along with all accessories, installed at designated locations within Uttar Pradesh for a period of three (3) years after comprehensive warranty period of two (2) years and Up-gradation of all software associated with HIS system. This includes the replacement of batteries as and when required at bidder‘s cost and up-gradation of all software associated with Hydrological Information System (HIS). For 2nd Year (After completion AMC of 1st year)

Annual Maintenance Charge (AMC) for 21 HIS stations along with all accessories, installed at designated locations within Uttar Pradesh for a period of three (3) years after comprehensive warranty period of two (2) years and Up-gradation of all software associated with HIS system. This includes the replacement of batteries as and when required at bidder‘s cost and up-gradation of all software associated with Hydrological Information System (HIS). For 3rd Year (After completion AMC of 2nd year)

Yearly Profiling, Validation/Calibration of cross-section and preparation of discharge curve for each HIS Station (or as per the direction of Engineer In-charge) during AMC period of 3 years after 2 year comprehensive warranty period including all cost of labor and T&P. Canal bed width : upto 6m (16 stations x 3 years)

Yearly Profiling, Validation/Calibration of cross-section and preparation of discharge curve for each HIS Station (or as per the direction of Engineer In-charge) during AMC period of 3 years after 2 year comprehensive warranty period including all cost of labor and T&P. Canal bed width : Range 6m to 15m (5 stations x 3 years)
