M&L cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete type D2 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, sub-base etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -charge.

M&L Brick work with sub-class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in cm 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -charge.

M&L Brick work with sub-class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in cm 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -charge.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layer not exe 25cm thick in soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -charge.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cast iron 150mm dia pipe with bend coller laid and jointed with CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -charge.

M&L for reinforced concrete pipe class NP- 2, 150mm dia with coller laid and jointed with CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -charge.

M&L for reinforced concrete pipe class NP- 2, 200mm dia with coller laid and jointed with CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -charge.

M&L for Pre-Cast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 with using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in cover slabs (for manholes etc)chullah hoods, chajas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plan faces set in cement mortar (1:4) including necessary use and waste form work etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -charge. Note - Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separetly

S&F mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length bend to shape rtequired including cranking binding spirally for hooping for columns hooking and binding with and including mild steel wire(anneled not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quaility conforming to Fe -410 S or Fe 410-0 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -charge.

M&L for hardcore of broken bricks of gauge not exc 63 mm depopsited,spread and levelled in layers n exc 15cm thick watered and rammed complete allas specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of chalk whiting primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Make Acrocem/Snowcem and equivalent) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -charge.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 or 3/4 section ) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate finished smooth and reforming benching as required for 150/200/300mm dia pipescomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge

M&L for providing Plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channel and drain complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -charge.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner grith in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds end etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -charge.

M&L for stone sett flooring with stone settsof size 200 to 250mm long 150 to 200mm wide an 150mm deep and side dressed bedded in cement motar 1:3 joint 20mm thick grouted in cement motar 1:2 with an admixture of matalic floor hardner 55 weight of cement and stuck flush including dismantling old stone complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -charge.

Fixing only stone sett flooring with stone settsof size 200 to 250mm long 150to 200mm wide an 150mm deep and side dressed bedded in cement motar 1:3 joint 20mm thick grouted in cement motar 1:2 with an admixture of matalic floor hardner 55 weight of cement and stuck flush including dismantling old stone complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -charge.

M & L for chequered tiles of size 300 x 300 x 25 mm thick (colour and glazed approved by EIC) with grey cement and pigments laid over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 bedded and jointed in neat cement slurry, incl dismantling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -charge.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658 -2006 of 60mm thickness, with grey cement, pigment with 25mm thick sand filling incl dismantling and rubbish off the primises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -charge.

All as per item 27 here in before but except paver block shall be reused after necessary cleaning and making good all as specified.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658 -2006 of 60mm thickness, with grey cement, pigment with 25mm thick sand filling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -charge.

M&L for cement conc 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection incld at 3m apart made construction joint and filled with bitumen sand mixer as per directed by Engr-in-charge and specified.

M&L for providing Plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -charge.

Material and labour for providing Reinforced Cement Concrete (1:1.5:3) type A1 using 20 mm graded aggregate as in Walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilaster and buttresses etc all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing Reinforced Cement Concrete (1:1.5:3) type A1 using 20 mm graded aggregate as in beams, cantilever, lintels over 1.5 m all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing Reinforced Cement Concrete (1:1.5:3) type A1 using 20 mm graded aggregate as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like all as specified and directed.

Use and waste Formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter and similar work vertical or to batter for rough finished curved surface of concrete all as specified and directed.

M&L MS framed work such as door windows ISMB ISA, gratings with ends of bars shouldered and or rivated or forged into spikes, framed guard bars and similar work confirming to Fe 410 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -charge.

S&F Steel windows with side hung shutters including projecting type hinges with steel handle, and steel peg stay, complete with glazing bars, dovetailed or welded complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -charge.

M&L for preparation of new and previously un-treated steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described exc 10cmwidth or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer all as specified complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -charge.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper(white or tinted) over a coat of chalk whiting primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Make of distemper : Asian or equivalent)

M & L for applying two coat of undiluted thick coat of acrlic reinforcement liquid applied elastorneric water proofing membrane with UV resistance properties and solar refective properties over one coat of primer (1:3, Dilution:water) Note: Every each coat gap between 6 hrs) complete all as specified and directed by engineer -in-charge,Make : Asian paint, Sika, Fosroc etc..

Supply, installation and testing of Non clog vertical submersible pumps 800 LPM,40 Mtr head,10 HP with chrome steel impeller and cutter, non-clog to pass 40 mm size particles including with guide rail and lifting chain, cables, Earthing, testing complete.

Supply and fix in replacement of MS Pipe double flanged flanged type heavy grade not less than 4 mm thick with all fittings laid in floor or fixed to walls and ceilings etc of sizes 100 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Supply & fix in replacement Cast iron sluice valve, ISI Marked 100 mm bore flanged of class 1.6 PN having spindle made out of gun metal, operating wheel nuts, bolts, packing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix Foot valves conforming to IS:4038 of size 75 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in replacement CI non return valve of bore 100 mm dia ,ISI marked all as specified and dircted

Supply & fix in replacement Ductile iron pipe spigot and socketed class K-7 ISI marked with internal cement mortar lining and external zinc and bitumen coated pipes 100 mm bore confirming to IS 8329 : 2000 with all required DI fittings complete with push on rubber gasket joint. ,complete all as specified and directed.(Note : Earth work will be measured and paid separately.
