Providing and fixing mild steel grill work for windows, ventilators, etc. 15 kg/sqm as per drawing including fixtures necessary welding and painting with one coat of anticorrosive paint and two coats of oil painting complete.

Providing and fixing steel ventilator fully glazed partly fixed as per detailed drawing without hot dip zinc coating including fabricating glazing with plain / obscured glass panes 5 mm thick and approved type and quality and iron oxidized fixtures and fastening oil paint 2 coats etc. complete.

Providing internal cement plaster 12mm thick in single coat in cement mortar 1:4 without neeru finish to concrete or brick surfaces, in all positions including scaffolding and curing etc. complete.

Providing sand faced plaster externally in cement mortar using approved screened sand, in all positions including base coat of 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 using waterproofing compound at 1 kg per cement bag curing the same for not less than 2 days and keeping the surface of the base coat rough to receive the sand faced treatment 6 to 8 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 finishing the surface by taking out grains and curing for fourteen days scaffolding etc.complete

Providing and laying in situ cement concrete M20 with tremix treatment for 100 mm thickness for flooring with groove cutting of 4mm wide and 20mm deep with necessary refilling with bitumen etc. complete.

Providing preconstructional antitermite treatment as per I.S. 6313 (Part-II) by treating the bottom surface and sides of excavation at the rate of 5 litres of emulsion concentrate of 1.0 percent of chlorophyrifos per square meter of surface area covering 10 years guarantee on bond paper.

Providing neeru finish to plastered surfaces in all positions including scaffolding and curing etc. complete.

Providing and applying priming coat on concrete/ masonary/ Asbestos Cement plastered surfaces including scaffolding if necessary, preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter and sand papering as required etc. complete.

Providing and applying three coats of water proof cement paint of approved manufacture and of approved colour to new plastered surfaces including scaffolding if necessary, cleaning and preparing the surface, watering for two days etc. complete.

Sub-Work-2 Structural Steel Work (PEB) Structural Steel Structural Steel E-350 (JSW make)

Supplying, fabricating,erecting and fixing in position steel structures at all elevations using welding quality steel E-350 (Fe490) confirming to IS: 2062-2006. Rate shall include cost of cutting, welding, slice plates and packing plates, transporting, straighteing, cleaning, fabricating and erecting in position welded/bolted Structural steel work in columns, beams, trusses, purlins, platforms, ladders, monorails, staircases, supports, straighteing of steel members etc. at site to line and level, supply of approved bolts/nuts/washers etc. completed as per drawing including painting, as per G4/G5/G6 before erection and all materials and labour charges etc. completed and including sand blasting & painted with 1 coat of enamel paint (Berger EPILUX SG-HHI 664002) of 35-50 micron each coat with air less spray gun over a coat of zinc chromate primer - 35-50 micron etc. completed as shown in drawing as per specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge/Construction Manager.
