Providing and laying of Wooden finish vinyl Flooring - Armstrong / Tarket (Sheet- Length 16-25mtrs x width 2mtrs) With accessories- Cove Fillet and Weld cord by Armstrong , having a nominal total thickness of 2.0mm. All joints between vinyl sheets shall be sealed & welded using approved colour welding rod to match the flooring colour after 24 hours of laying of rolls. Welding and seaming shall be done using automatic hot seam welding machine. Painting of roof ceiling with Bright Ceiling paint by sand the surface with sandpaper and wipe clean and apply a coat of Indigo Primer and allow 6-8 hours for drying. Smoothen surface by filling dents with thin coats of Indigo Acrylic Wall Putty. Dry again for 6-8 hours and sand the surface with sand paper 180. Wipe off loose particles. Apply another coat of primer and dry for 4-6 hours. Sand with paper 380 and wipe clean. Thin 1 litre of Indigo Bright Ceiling Coat with 200-350 ml water. Apply with brush/roller. Use 2 coats to provide the right opacity and finish. Painting of pavers by wash the surface with a hose to remove loose dust and scrub with wire brush to remove algae, fungus and moss growth. Diluting the emulsion with 30% water, apply a self-priming coat , after 6 hours apply 2 coats of Indigo Floor Coat Emulsion with 10% thinning with water to obtain brushable consistency. PLOT CLEARING AND DEBRIES SHIFTING

Deployment of Tempo ( 407 )/tractor trolly and adequate Manpower for Shifting of debries , unservisable material to IISER Scrap yard or dumping yard as per site requirment. Material to be collected from corridors of Main Building ( G+2 ) as per directions of Engineer In-charge , unservisable material to be shifted to scrap yard. Quoted rate shall be including the hire charges, labours, transport, fuel , tools tackles, operators charges etc , insurance of equipment and operator, etc. complete. Copy of valid license shall be availble with the driver along with the Registration Certificate ( RC ) copy and shall be submitted to IISER Pune for records. Nothing extra shall be paid separately. Actual number of trips as per Log Sheet duly approved by Engineer In-charge or his representative shall be measured for payments. Agency shall maintain log-sheet of deplyment and get daily certified from department on same day and shall be submitted along with running account bill for payments. Quoted rate shall be including cost of labour , tools , GST ,taxes , minimum labour wages , etc complete. Nothing extra shall be payable seperatly. Minimun volume to be shifted shall be 1 brass unit.

Hiring of JCB for Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and inequalities and disposal of rubbish, clearing of land including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, and removal of rubbish up digging, loosening and removing the deposited earth , filing of earth , making of pits , stacking the removed materials near the accessible area as per directions at site of work. Quoted rate shall be including the equipment’s hire charges, labour, transport, fuel , tools tackles, operators charges etc , insurance of equipment and operator, etc. complete. JCB should be with dozer and loader bucket of 1 cum capacity. Copy of valid license of dumper driver and Registration Certificate ( RC ) copy shall be submitted to IISER Pune for records. JCB shall be less than five year old .Work shall be within IISER Pune campus as per instruction of Engineer In-charge , etc., complete. Nothing extra shall be paid separately. Actual deployment days of 8 ( eight ) working hour per day at IISER Pune Campus shall be measured for payments. Agency shall maintain log-sheet of deplyment and get daily certified from department on same day and shall be submitted along with running account bill for payments. Hiring of Dumper for shifting of material for backfilling , dumping etc. for activities associated with surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and inequalities and disposal of rubbish, Clearing of land including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, and removal of rubbish up digging, loosening and removing the deposited earth , filing of earth , making of pits , stacking the removed materials near the accessible area as per directions at site of work. Dumper driver shall work in coordination with JCB operator . Dumper shall have minimum 12 Cum box body carrier with hydraulic automatic lifting mechanism for dumping. Quoted rate shall be including the equipment’s hire charges, labour, transport, fuel , tools tackles, operators charges etc , insurance of equipment and operator, etc. complete. Copy of valid license of dumper driver and RC copy shall be submitted to IISER Pune for records. Dumper shall be less than five year old .
