T&P alongwith Labour for attending of complaint for day to day / daily complaints by employed skilled staff, checking the serviceability of fan coil unit of any capacity for having continuous sreviceability of FCU for any number of time as desired by Engr-in-Charge including replacement of minor spare part like Gasket, Teflon tape, flare nut, tightening of any loose glycol line connections, shifting FCU from one place to another place if required, heating up the freezed glycol line anywhere about the premices to have continuous flow of glycol fluid, repairing the insulation of pipe line of any size by providing shallow tape / GI wire as deemed fit, for fastening the insulation with pipe line, stopping any kind of leakage from any size of pipe line, tightening the loose electrical connections as related with FCU / Heating system, cleaning the air filter including radiator of FCU to the entire satisfaction, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge. Note :- (i) Attending any no of complaints of same unit different nature in Rinchen auditorium, upper and lower Transit camp Area inside / outside will be considered as one job. (ii) Any kind of replacement of major items shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of schedule 'A (iii) Any nature of complaint related with FCUs, radiators, bursting/cracking/leakage of MS pipe lines, replacement of valves etc will be completed round the clock by suitable trademen (welder with suitable T & P,(including portable heating materials)-01,Skilled mechanic of CHS-01, Plumber/Fitter with helper-each o1, Supervisor-01 as per descretion of Engineer-in- Charge. (iv) Job slip will be maintained by the contractor Supervisor under supervision of concerned JE E/M CHS, suitable communication shall be maintained through JE incharge round the clock. (v) Any dely in attending complaint will be directly reported to higher authorities and suitable penalities will be incured from the contractor (@ 2000/- More then 2 days/48 hrs)

Dismantling of burner assembly of CHS and remvoing of side cover and repairing the same by removing the old burnt fire refractory cement plastering, replastering the same as per existing with fire refractory cement for boiler capacity 3-4 lakh kilo/cal/hr and complete servicing the boiler by removing the complete carbon/oil deposits with suitable coil shine chemical including repir to coil assembly by welding if there is any leakage found or any other repair required at site and reassembling/ testing the same, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

All as per item No.2 but for 1-2 Lakh Kilo/cal/Hr, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

M&L for Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for laying UG cable/MS pipes in trenches on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth in hard dense soil and getting out , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

M&L for Returning, filling in (soil), including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25m, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Removing excavated material to a distance not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the strating point, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning of MS diesel storage tanks of capacity 1000 ltrs by removing of sludge from tanks and scrapping the side walls by means of wire brush or emery paper and wash the same with castic soda and clear water and painting the internal wall with two coats of black rubber emulsion paint and painting the complete tank from out side with two coats of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cleaning of MS overhead cerculation tank of capacity 1000 Ltr including all type of T&P and chemical required for the same, including welding work to repair leakage surface including opening and refixing the existing insulating materials to the external surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning of FCU of any size by using Fan blower , Cloth etc. including cleaning of internal & External part of radiator, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for replacement of radiator heating coil of 4 Lakh K Cal /Hrs boiler as per existing size model including cutting of MS Pipe removing of old radiator coiland refixing of new coil and connection of MS Pipe with welding work complete including packing material and testing of boiler complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for increasing the size of mouth vertically of under ground Diesel tank of any size by welding of additional pipe in the mouth of the tank upto the 2' (Two fit height) with existing of sheet and make over ground flowing water free, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Servicing and maint of AHU Unit cap 10 -20 thousand CFM including rectification if any found welding /bracing / greasing & oiling bearings, servicing of electric motors , removing of all Air filters , cleaning the same with air compressure and refixing in the same location for smooth functioning and testingcomplete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
