Demolition of mud phuska, in roof any thickness including leeping plastering (whether full, thickness removed or only a part thereof complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Scraping surfaces of roof by wire brushing removing all loose dirt and cleaning and wahsing down the surfaces with water complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg per square meter including cleaning the surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates as in padding over roof, minimum thickness at khurra as 25mm to maintain a slope of 1:100 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Applying membrane on primed surface by press application method with minimum 75mm longitudinal wise lap and 100mm over lap on the transverse direction duly sticked using APP (Atactic Polyproplene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, weight not less than 3.00 Kg/Sqm water proofing membrane, black finished non woven polyester reinforced 3mm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L plain cement concrete tiles 20-22 mm thick , type B-1 type (1:2:4) pointed in neat cement slury over 15mm thick sceed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type C-2 using 20mm graded aggregate as in coping including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up or down steel water tubing and connection 20 mm bore in pipe incl cleaning for re-fixing or removel to store complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new painted surfaces of steel and iron work of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying twocoat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of redoxide on new surfaces in any tint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description, any thickness from external surfaces of walls/soffits etc. incl raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbibg down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cement plastering 15mm thick in two layers (10mm and 5mm respectively) in cemet mortar 1:4 including mixing of liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions on brick work or concrete surfaces or in chajjas/parapet walls etc finished even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash by making the lime slaked at site and shall be mixed and stirred with about five liters of water for 1 kg of unslaked lime to make a thin cream. This shall be allowed to stand for a period of 24 hours and shall then be screened through clean coarse cloth. 1 kg of gum dissolved in hot water shall be added to every one cubic meter of lime cream. About 1.3 Kg of sodium chloride dissolved in hot water shall also be added for every 10 kg of lime for making the coating hard and rub-resistant. Small quantity of ultramarine blue (upto 3 gm per kg of lime) shall also be added to the last two coats of white wash solution and the whole solution shall be stirred thoroughly before use complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in any descreption and in water storage tanks for any size /capacity/position including removal of debris to low laying area or out of defence land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
