M&L for Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre including hangers of 4 mm dia. M&L for providing GI snap Grid frame work for false ceiling with of size 595 x 595 mm PVC laminated Gypsum tile 8mm thick , using main and cross Tee of size 36.5 mm x 25mm x 1.4 mm, weighing 0.24 Kg/RM and 23.5mm x 26.4mm x 1.4mm weighing 0.191 Kg/RM respectively. The snap grid shall be supported at end all along the wall with alu anodized angle of size 40 mm x 25 mm x 2 mm weighing 0.36 Kg/RM the snap grid shall be fixed to ceiling supporting hangers consisting of 4 mm dia MS rod, J bolts, nuts and washers as per manufacturer's instructrions complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Anodised aluminium powder coated (minimum 50 thickness of powder coating 50 micron) frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified

S & F Anodised aluminium door shutters,powder coating of any colour (Thickness or powder coating not less than 50 micron) aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/ m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, ruber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminum snap beading screws etc. complete all as specified.

S & F Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Chief.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil emulsion distember over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint & smooth surface over a coat of alkali resistant priming coat etc.

Material and labour for 18- 20mm thick Granite (of any type) tiles machine cut, in skirting, dado, riser, cooking platform etc laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing, half round moulded & 25 mm dia hole in granite for gas pipe line complete, over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar(1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Chamfer, splays or arris in facework of Granite/ marble n. exc 15mm wide complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F sinks with drainage board made of stainless steel lmm thick kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers and wastes; including bedding in cement mortar to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe overall size 915mm x 460mm bowl size 410mm x 330mm x 160m, inclding waste pipe, waste coupling and all fitting
