Tenderer should upload the filled, signed and scanned copy of the list of works completed by tenderer in the last three financial years (Annexure-C) available at part-V of tender document

Tenderer should upload the filled, signed and scanned copy of the list of works on hand (Annexure-D) available at part-V of tender document

Tenderer should upload the filled, signed and scanned copy of the offer letter available at Part V of the tender document (TENDER FORM).
