They will report daly report to complant cell at 0830 hrs daily except sunday & closed holiday. Contractor or his representative collect the complants at 0830 hrs from compliant cell of SDO BABUGARH and the complaints will be attended/make good/rectified with in 24 hrs on receipt of the complaints and info the status of the compaintd at 1700 hrs every day to complaint cell. On failure of the same a panelty of Rs 100/- per day per compaints will be charged.).

Cleaning of manholes and septic tanks by taking out complete sludge water, solids, brick bats, polythene silt etc complete by manualy or mechanically by HCV mounted suction discharge machine, removing/disposing the entire retrieved material outside periphery of defence land including taking off manholes cover and re-fixing the same after cleaning complete all as specifed and directed.

Dewatering of soak well completely of n.exc 3 mtr dia and n.exc 6 mtr depth by means of pumping out to out side of defence land complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and maint of sewage line of size 150mm dia and 1-6 mtr depth manholes in the following steps:- (i) Dewatering of manholes (ii) Removing of all sludge/waste material from all manholes, desilting of floor, lean the floor and walls of the manhole after removing complete sludge/materials with clean water (iii). Removing the temprary blockage of inlet/outlet pipe and making functional the manholes. (iv) Remove all taken out sludge/ waste materials in covered containers out side the Defence Land. any means and getting out and removing sludge to a distance up to 3 km out side of defence land limit and disposal in low lying area and incl removing of all types of blockage of any length between two consecutive deep manholes and to keep smooth functoining without any blockage in any situation by mechanical means with manual and mechanical process incl removel and refixing of man hole covers complete all as spefied and directed

Excavation in trenches for desilting of the existing drainage complete all as specifed and directed by Engineer - in - charge.

Removing of the drainage silt to a distance exceeding 250 m and n. exc 500m & depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cutting of grass, growth/vegetations, bushes or like and similar work and making the workable space for cleaning for carrying out cleaning of sewage line/manholes in any location or condition etc all as specified and directed by Egnineer - in - Charge.
