Excavation in drains and channels etc. in earth work for pipes upto all depth in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including balling or pumping out water, blasting soft/ hard rock or chiselling soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including jungle clearance wherever required, trimming and dressing of sides, levelling of beds to correct grade including shoring/ struting, planking, timbering and dewatering wherever required stacking the useable/unusable material/ soil separately and after laying and joining and testing of pipes, returning the useable soil in trenches in 15cm. layer including consolidating of each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil/ unusable material as directed within all leads and lifts including restoration of un-metalled surfaces to its original condition and including cost of diversion for traffic, night signals, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for acess to houses, fencing etc.complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in earth work and disposal of all excavated earth upto a lead of 20 metres and lift upto a lead of 20 metres and lift upto 1.50 mtrs. disposed earth to be levelled and nearly dressed complete in all respect i/c all leads and lifts. a)Pick jumper work 50% each.

Prov. and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement:4sand:8graded stone agg. 40 mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work i/c all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge in :-a) Foundation and plinth.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:11/2: 3(1cement:1 1/2sand:3 graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work within all leads and lifts complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

In foundation and plinth.

Walls (any thickness) but not less than 0.1 m thickness) attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement:3sand:6graded stone agg. 20 mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work i/c all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge in :-a) Foundation and plinth.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting , strutting and propping etc. with wooden, battens, and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 3 mtrs.and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in complete in all respect i/c all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Vertical surfaces such as circular walls (any thickness) ,partitions and the like including attached pillasters,buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like.

Providing Mild steel/Tor steel reinforced for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level within all leads and lifts complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. a) Tor steel.

Cement concrete lining 15cm. thick or less for irrigation channels, using cement concrete 1:3:6.

Hand mixed concrete lining in bed.

Hand mixed concrete lining on side slopes.

Extra allowances for form work in concrete lining:-

In Side slopes.

Dressing of side and preparation of sub grade for lining work in :-

Pick work.

Dressing of Bed and preparation of sub grade for lining work in :-

Pick work.

Laying and jointing in trenches galvanised mild steel tube 125mm dia (Medium grade) of following diameters conforming to IS-1239 as specified below jointed with butt welding according to relevant BIS code 816-1969 including all short pieces bends,tee and other specials etc. made from parent tubes as applicable for the particular reach and of approved specifications as per site conditions including flushing, cleaning and hydraulic testing complete to the best satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. The laying of pipes should conform to BIS code 5822-1970 within all leads and lifts complete in all respect.125mm dia.

Providing fixing and jointing of M.S.flanges conforming to IS-6392-1971 (latest with upto date ammendment) flange dia 125mm, table and nominal pressure as specified below welded at both ends of pipes (as per site condition for particular reach as required) according to relevant BIS Code 816-1962 and provided with nuts and bolts of required size as per BIS code 1364 including 3mm thick compressed asbestos fiber gasket of synthetic rubber gasket conforming to relevant BIS code 2712-1965 complete in all respect including all leads and lifts. Table.5.

Laying and jointing high density polyethelene pipes for use of buried water mains and services duly ISI marked (IS: 4984-1995 as amended upto date in the following grades of material, pressure rating and nominal dia. Material grade PE-80 PN-6 including all leads and lifts at site and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
