Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil, (Loam, clay or sand) including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by Enginner-in charge upto distance of 30 M. from the foundation trenches. (where machine can not move)

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 and for all lift.

Filling By carted earth in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation, campus etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cms in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering including lead upto 50 m & lift upto 1.50 m.

Sand filling in plinth and under floor including supply of necessary quantity of sand from a distance not exceeding 8 kms. From the site of work and including watering, dressing etc. labour and T&P etc. required for proper complition of the work sapling of girth upto 30 cms. measured at a height of 1 M. above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 M. out side of periphery of area cleared, including cost of sand

Providing and laying Cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement :4 coarse sand :8 graded stone ballast 40 mm. nominal size) including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

RCC work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:1.5:3 in Foundation excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including neccessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work binding wire cost being included in the item

RCC work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:1.5:3 in Plinth Beam excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including neccessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work binding wire cost being included in the item
