Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 (One Cement and five sand) using country bricks ground moulded of size 23x11x7 Cm. For the following including curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification. For foundation and basement and super structure in Ground floor.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5, 12 mm thick in all floors including curing etc., Complete complying with standard Specification.

Emulsionpaint two coats with Best PlasticEmulsionpaint paint including cost of all materials and all labour charges etc., completed
