STP Trip charges — Round trip charges for deployment of a batch of technician and helper to STP at Mahul.

STP Off hour troubleshooting — Charges for deployment of a batch of technician and helper to STP at Mahul for carrying out electrical troubleshooting, rectification work and restoring the service, during 1700 Hrs to 0800 Hrs on any day of the year. Payment agasint this line is not claimable when manpower is deployed during the period of 0800 Hrs to 1700 Hrs in daytime.

Removal of Street Light Pole — Removal of Street Light Pole: Scope includes - isolating the pole electric supply, removal of all connections, removal of glands, removal of fixture and distribution box,removal of cable at pole height, complete in all respect. Keep the pole, fixture and other accessories removed in safe custody as per the instructions of HPCL engineer in-charge.

Foundation for Street light Pole — Foundation for Street light Pole: Civil work for making foundation at location as instructed. Rate per piece for making the foundation for street lighting pole. Making of foundation as per the drawing. Excavation, shuttering, RCC, etc. is in Contractors scope. Studs which are grouted in foundation shall exactly match with holes of base plate of street lighting poles. Contractor shall provide plastic cap for each stud of foundation. Rates are all inclusive of supply of material required, alongwith lobour rates for completing foundation of street light pole.

Instln and comsng of street light — Instln and comsng of street light pole: Installation and commissioning of street light pole. Job includes installation of pole on to the foundation, installation of lighting fixture on pole, cable laying, cable termination in fitting as well as loop in/loop out at pole JB, testing and commissioning the fitting. Civil job covered under seperate line items.

Installation of gooseneck lighting — Installation and commissioning of Gooseneck lighting Pole: Installation and commissioning of gooseneck light pole. Job includes installation of pole on to the structure by means of U-clamp and clit at the bottom, installation of lighting fixture on pole, cable laying, cable termination in fitting as well as loop in/loop out at pole JB, testing and commissioning the fitting. Rates for fabrication of clit for bottom support is inclusive.

Signal cable laying upto 6 Pair — Signal cable laying upto 6 Pair: Laying of signal cables in ready trenches/trays/ supported on structures/ pull through pipes as per instructions of HPCL Engineer in charge including Supply and fixing of GI saddle and bars on cable trays. Job scope includes proper dressing of cables that are laid. Installation of SS cable tags along the cable in included in job scope, however rates for supply of SS cable tags are payable separately under relevant line item. Shifting of cable drums from designated storage location to site is included in vendor's scope. Crane/forklift if required shall be arranged by HPCL.
