Comprehensive maintenance/periodical maintenance/servicing and repair of standby Eco frendly/acoustic type DG set 100 KVA at 531 OR's Accn & Meerut Block of any make including 'A' check monthly & 'B' check 250 Hrs or 3 months which ever is earlier complete all as specified and as directed. Note :-1. Repair & maintenance should be carried out as per maintenance schedule prescribed in repair and maintenance manual thrugh qualified and experianced mechanic from the servicing centre who is conversant with the DG set and report should be submitted by the contractor.2. Rate quoted by the contractor includes the fixing charges for replacement of parts specified in relevant item here in after.3. The tenderer shall produce qualification and experiance cerificate of the mechanic to the Engineer in charge and approved personal only will be allowed to carried out the work. 'B' Check (i) Lubricant oil leaking(ii) Operation and repairs to lubricant oil leakage and cooling system leakage, rediator operation with coolant, hoses and connection, belt connection and tension. Fan hub drive pulley and water pump operation and cleaning of radiator cooling system.(iii) Leaking in air intake system, maintenance filter & air cleaner piping connection(iv) Fuel line and connection, fuel injection pump, cleaning of fuel tank for removing sediments(v) Leakage in exhaust system and exhaust restriction, drain out condensate trap, cleaning & maintenance of exhaust.(vi) Battery charging system & topping up electorlyte and maintenance of specific gravity.(vii) Cleaning of engine tightening of all nut, bolt, washer and unusual vibration.(viii) Checking to electric connection and smooth operation of generator control panel, greasing to all bearing and movable parts, measurements and recording winding insulation resistance cleaning up complete generator/alternator.

Supply only following parts of DG sets as specified under ser item No 1 i.e 100 KVA all as per recommendation of manufacturer and all as directed .Note:-Taking down & fixing charges will be included in SL No 1 . Supply only Fan belt set as per manufacture

Dismantling DC dynamo/alternator of battery charging system 12/24V complete servicing including replacement of bushes, bearings, Carbon brushes, diodes any other minor parts required all as directed & fixing on engine testing/commissioning complete for any capacity of DG Set

Replacement of unserviceable contactor AC operated 4 pole 415 Volt suitable for DG Set 82.5 KVA to 100 KVA as per the existing type and model in the AMF panel complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of unserviceable contactor AC operated 4 pole 415 Volt suitable for DG Set 40 KVA to 62.5 KVA as per the existing type and model in the AMF panel complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of unserviceable contactor AC operated 4 pole 415 Volt suitable for DG Set upto 40 KVA as per the existing type and model in the AMF panel complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of fuel pipe PVC metal braided all as per existing length fitted with benzo adopters to both sides with benzo bolts & washers.

Repair and Maintenance of existing canopy of eco friendly DG Set cleaning of internal & external parts, tightening of loose parts, replacing of unserviceable door locks and keys, replacing of damaged or burned inside sponge insulations complete all as directed.

Repair /replacement of PCB board of 15 to 100 KVA DG Set as per existing make and model complete all as specified as directed

Dismantling self starter of engine of DG set capacity 15 KVA upto 100 KVA & repairing the starter by replacing carbon brushes, bearings, solenoid coil, brush, brush holders complete rewinding,servicing refixing after repair, testing/commissioning complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for repair battery charger of 12/24V 15Amps SCR controlled battery charger 12V /24V 15A with TRICKLE and BOOSTING facility, DC voltmeter, Ammeter, toggle switch etc in charge necessary connection from AC supply to Battery Charger and DC wiring to the battery with crocodile clip etc as required complete all as specified and as directed. Make : M/s. Naren or equivalent make as approved by Engineer in charge .

Replacement of Door hinges for DG Set canopy complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only engine oil 15W40 in sealed containers complete all as specified and diected.

Supply only coolent premixture in sealed containers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Fuel injector as per existing model of capacity 82 to 100 KVA DG Set.

Supply only Battery lead suitable for Battery 12 Volt 180AH alongwith copper lugs and colour of Red and Black for +ve and -ve with brass terminal.

Supply and fix digital voltmeter 0 to 500 volts including taking out unserviceable voltmeter complete all as specified and as directed. Make-MECO/L&T/IMP/SALZER

Supply and fix digital ampermeter 0 to 600 Amps including taking out unserviceable ampermeter complete all as specified and as directed. MECO / L&T/ IMP / SALZER

Supply and fixing in replacement of battery 12 Volts, upto 100 Ah as per the site requirement for DG Sets all as specified and directed. Make: Exide or equivelent as approved by GE.

M&L for repair to DG Set radiator of capacity 25 KVA to 45 KVA, cleaning,decaning,brazing, removing from Engine and refixing after testing complete all as directed.

M&L for repair DG Set radiator of capacity 62.5 KVA to 100 KVA, cleaning,decaning,brazing, removing from Engine and refixing after testing complete all as directed.
