Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips valleys and gutters etc., conveying and stacking the materials with in a lead of 500m including removing L hooks washers etc complete.

Dismantling doors windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutters including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead.

Plastering with cement mortar in 12 mm thick with 1:4 (one cement four sand) cement mortar as directed by the EIC, including cost of cement, mainland river sand, all labour charges, transportation charges of all materials to work site, scaffolding charges, cost of minor tools and plants, GST, labour welfare cess etc. complete.

Providing and fixing solid PVC panelled door of ISI mark of approved brand with 3mm thick and frame provided with 5mm thick PVC, including cost of all materials, all fittings, all labour charges, transportation charges and minor tools, GST, labour welfare cess etc. complete.

Providing and fixing 6mm thick design Occanic sheet ceiling of everest or equivalent make of size 610mm x 610 mm etc. In the aluminium framed ceiling (frame work to be paid separately) including cost of occianic sheet, all labour charges transportation charges, minor tools, GST, labour welfare cess etc. complete.

Providing and fixing anodised aluminium work ( with minimum 15 micron uniform anodic coating ) consisting of tee/angle section , of approved make conforming to IS;733 in frames of false ceiling including aluminium angle, cleats with necessary C.P. brass/stainless steel sunk screws aluminium perimeter angles fixed to wall with rawl plugs @ 450mm centre to centre and fixing the frame work to level adjusting angles (6mm dia M.S rods) with necessary cadminum plated machine screws all complete as per approved architectural drawings and direction of the EIC (level adjusting angles , ceiling cleats and expension hold fastner to be paid for separately). Providing and fixing Ist quality Vitreous Floor tiles (300 x 300 mm, thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of approved make like laid on 20mmm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement, 4 mainland river sand) including pointing the joint with white cement and matching pigment, including cost of cement, river sand from mainland, vitreous floor tiles all transportation cost upto site , labour charges minor tools, GST, labour welfare cess etc. complete.

Providing and fixing Ist quality Vitreous wall tiles (20 x 30 mm), thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of approved make like laid on 20mmm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement, 4 mainland river sand) including pointing the joint with white cement and matching pigment including cost cement, river sand from mainland, vitreous wall tiles all transportation cost upto site, labour charges minor tools, GST, labour welfare cess etc. complete.

Providing and laying PCC of Specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering- All works up to plinth level and including the cost of all labour charges and transportation charges of all materials to work site cost of minor tools, GST labour cess etc complete. 1:2:4 (1 cement , 2 mainland river sand , 4 grade stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size from mainland quarry)
