Material and Labour for reparing/replacement of locking arrangement of LT Panel including necessary fixing arrangement including taking out unserviceable one complete all as spedified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m width or n exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exe 1.5 m in depth for taking out/laying of cable,foundation etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning and filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing where directed including spreading, leveling at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr from the starting point complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for brick protection using old size sub class ‘B’ new bricks, laid flat dry but jointed, laid length wise perpendicular to the axis of cable complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no.5 above but laying only old serviceable bricks complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with clean dry sand in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Punned depth only shall be measured and paid)

Supply and fix galvanised iron pipe in 80 mm bore, light grade for protection of UG cable laid in trenches etc complete with all fitting such as socket or any other item required for fixing of pipe including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- MS clamp, nut, bolt etc required for fixing the pipe with pole shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate).

All as per item no.8 above but 50 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting hard standing / road for laying of cable / protection pipe not exceeding 30cm wide and not exceeding 30cm deep and making good after laying pipe/ cable etc. with PCC (1:3:6), type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) matching with existing road complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by manual boring process for insertion of cable into cable protection GI pipe of sizes 50mm to 80mm, 1m deep below the normal ground surface for road crossing without damaging the road complete all as specified and as directed.

Note :- (i) Pipe and bricks for cable protection and sand cushioning and earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

(iii) Charges for shifting of XLPE cables/cable drum from one location to another issued by the department shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (iv) Old u/s XLPE cable to be deposited to the department's store as directed by Engg in Charge.

Materials & labour for earthing complete with galvanized earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6.0 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to GI strip of size 32x6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel, earth strip protected by and including 40mm dia GI pipe(light grade), alternate layers of charcoal and salt, including 20 mm bore GI tubing for watering to earth electrode, earth strip connected to test point/ distribution panel /feeder pillar etc as directed including necessary earth work, concrete pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre cast RCC(1:1:5:3) type A1 cover slab duly reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bar 150mm c/c both way and two numbers lifting handle made of TMT bar and set in cement mortar (1:4), funnel, wire mesh, all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part-1 and testing on completion including taking out old earthing complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for repair of damaged under ground/ over ground urmoured/unarmoured LT cable of any size by means of fault finding using necessary equipments or physical checking, disconnection of cable from power supply input point, clearing all obstructions surrounding the fault area, cutting and removing the damaged portion of the cable, connecting cable by joining cable with cable joint kit, proper crimping of cable lugs including all connections, testing, commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Lugs, nut, bolts, washers etc. including all minor parts are included in quoted rate. (ii) S & F of Cable joint kit shall be measured and paid under relavent item here-in-after.
